Family Compound on 3+ Acres on 250 ft of Direct Waterfront - Sleeps 14+

This is a wonderful place. The set up is great for groups, the kitchen is big and well stocked with cooking tools, the outdoor patio area is beautiful and peaceful, looking out over the water, plenty of outdoor seating, big lawn for playing games, swimming off the dock. Very well-equipped with paddle boards and kayaks. Lots of good quality towels provided. It was great weather, so we were outside most of the time, but the indoor is also beautifully done and plenty of seating. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, we spread out into the guest house, so lots of privacy. The caretakers were very helpful and friendly. Communication with the owner was easy. Ice cream around the corner... and so many things to do nearby in Four Corners and beyond. Highly recommended.

Great space for big groups! We had four couples and place was more than enough space and accommodations. Some in the group were rather picky in their tastes and no one had complaints! The kitchen and dining room table were very comfortable and welcoming and we spent hours and hours catching up in such a great space. Weather was not great during our stay, so we were not able to take advantage of the water access.

Absolutely amazing experience. Location was perfect and the communication with the host was ideal. Really awesome location with convenient spots. We all had a great experience and appreciate the hosts hospitality. The outdoor space is the highlight for sure!

A beautiful stay for families. You can spread out in the two homes in the property. The place down by the water for fires.. is wonderful. We had a wonderful time and made many memories.

The whole property was amazing.

The house is gorgeous. Perfect location for outdoor activities. We did a lot of fishing. Close by to shops, restaurants and Newport. The week was just perfect. Ann was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. Fantastic Vrbo experience!

House was very clean and perfect for our family vacation. Lots to do in the area and the beaches were a lot of fun. Would def stay again!

I don't usually like to go to the same place twice, but this property just called us back for a second visit. It's perfect for large families (there are 12 of us ranging in age from 57 to 1 1/2). Not only is the house spacious with a large table to accommodate family dinners, but the second house provides ample sleeping and hang out space as well. And the large grounds totally spoiled us -- so much room for the kids to run around and play. Just be aware one of the queen beds in the guest house is in the living room and the other is in a loft space, which was not an issue for us, but if you need discreet bedrooms in the second house, there's only one with the twin beds. It was also nice to see the property owner had made some investments between last year and this year. An extension was added to the dock that made using the kayaks and paddle boards much easier and also created more room for hanging out on the dock. I believe a new microwave was added and all the cabinets were labeled so you knew where to find everything. The location is really great too! Newport is about 30 min away, a beach is a few minutes up the road, a nice casual seafood restaurant is walkable in one direction and great ice cream is walkable in the other direction. Ann was very responsive to any questions we had and the fresh flowers she leaves are such a nice touch and much appreciated!! I highly recommend this property!!

The house was amazing. We celebrated a 40th birthday for my wife. We had a couple other families stay with us and there was plenty of space between the main house and guest house! Entertaining on the property was easy with large patio and picnic table as well as a large kitchen and table that seats at least 10. Owner and property manager were great to work with. The kitchen had everything we needed. Large mixing bowls, large pots, plenty of dishes and cutlery and any appliance you could think of. The views of the water are spectacular. The property is expansive front and back. The kids enjoyed the water and all the activities the place had to offer. Can't say enough great things about the house!
