So we created a space that would accommodate needs of families w/ kids of all ages, whilst providing parents with a cozy space for rest & relaxation. With its 3000 sq ft, 11 tree lined acres, and massive rec room w/ arcade, swing-set, basketball, rock wall, pool/ping pong; there is something for everyone and is sure to make your next vacation just that...a VACATION

Accommodates up to 10 guests with comfy and thoughtfully appointed bedrooms

- One twin suite with two double beds, television, connecting bathroom,
and connected kids room which includes a twin bunk bed
- One bunkie house with full/queen combo bunk bed

- Adult: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, room fans, hangers
- Kids: sippy cups, cups, bibs, silverware, bowls/plates, Pack 'n Play, high
chair, kitchen helper step stool, humidifier

For our EV drivers, don't fret, we have you covered with a ChargePoint Level 2 charger on-site and free to use

Up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay for an additional fee of $50/pet
- A sizable, fenced-in backyard provides a secure area, perfect for furry
friends to roam and play freely
- Water and food dish provided

Other things to note:
Must be at least 25 years of age for booking
There is a strict No Party Policy
- Quiet hours 9pm-9am. This means keep exterior noise to a minimum and there will be decibel sensors in place to monitor this; please be respectful of outdoor disruptions.

There is a strict No Trespassing Policy. No trespassing signs are present and a property map will be provided to you in the Guest Handbook.
