Family Beach Get-a-Way Just 4 Houses from the Ocean!

Laid back home with everything you need in the kitchen and very spacious living room and dining room. Love the neighborhood and so amazing how close it is to the beach.

Fantastic location and fabulous patio and living space. Bedrooms accommodated family nicely. Only comment is mattresses could use an upgrade.

My family stayed at the property while attending my cousin's wedding in Stone Harbor/Avalon. The property was in a fantastic location, right near the beach to facilitate quick walks and trips in-between wedding festivities. The house itself is lovely and stands out from many of the cookie-cutter properties around it. The first-floor bedrooms were perfect for my parents, who aren't getting around quite as well as they used to. While we mostly drove around for the wedding activities, everything that we needed was within a reasonable walking distance. We had a wonderful time, and will look into staying there again if we are ever going to be spending time in the Stone Harbor area again!

My fiance and I rented this home with my children, my sister and her family. The setting was perfect, house was clean, very close to the beach and the owners were fabulous! We were so grateful to have a large area to celebrate and get ready.

I booked Bayberry for a group of men to visit Stone Harbor to play golf. The owner was super responsive and allowed us to check in as early as 9AM. We found the house to be very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of local information prepared for us along with a nice welcome bottle of wine! In particular, we enjoyed the bar, the covered deck and the sound system! The kitchen had everything we needed to put on a high end dinner and really appreciated the commercial stove and wide range of pots/pans. The Beds were comfortable and although we had to bring our own linens and towels, we found the overall experience to be excellent. A few items were left behind on checkout and again the Owner was supper helpful in getting the items back. Well done! Highly recommend for a larger group/family that wants to spend some time in Stone Harbor.

Our two families of 10 people had a wonderful stay at this beach haven home that offered two great outdoor patios with a spacious dining and living area inside. We were able to host a barbecue for my father’s 80th birthday and everyone commented on how great the home was. Bedrooms were conveniently arranged on the first floor. Beautiful beach was just one block away. Highly recommend.

The house was amazing, was able to accommodate my large family, and extremely close to the beach. You can't ask for anything more! The host was really responsive and was quick to answer any and all questions!

We rented this house as lodgings for the groomsmen and associated guests at my wedding and as a staging area for me to get ready the night before. It had spacious areas for us to meet and handle the business of preparing for the wedding. The location (about 2 minutes' drive/15 minutes' walk from the venue, near the commercial area centered on 96th St) was also great for us.
