A quiet neighborhood to call home whether coming to work or to play or maybe to visit family and friends. This comfortable home is convenient to much of what San Antonio has to offer. It is close to great shopping (La Cantera, The Rim and North Star), dining, Hardberger Park, Fiesta Texas, UTSA, the South Texas Medical Center, USAA and the San Antonio Airport. Downtown attractions such as the famous River Walk, Pearl Brewery, Hemisfair Park, the Alamo, and Majestic Theatre are an easy 20 minute drive away.

This is a clean, NON SMOKING property perfect for a family to meet up for some San Antonio fun or a business trip where you want the feeling of home.

This was our first home and has sentimental value to us. Early in 2017, we decided to turn it into a rustic style home for visitors coming to San Antonio. We have decorated the home with reclaimed rustic wood - mostly reclaimed heat treated pallets. It has truly been a labor of love and many months of work, as we did all of the work ourselves. From staining the floors, to tearing apart pallets, distressing the wood, to scrounging hard wood flooring that others were throwing away, we turned what some consider trash into treasure. We are still working on landscaping the yard - seems like that will never end - UGH! There is plenty of parking space with room for four cars in the driveway (which is partially shaded) as well as street parking, but the garage is not available for parking.

There is a gas/charcoal grill in the back yard as well as a nice patio area with a table and chairs to sit and chat with family or friends.

There is a 55 Roku TV on the wall in the living area as well as high speed WiFi internet access.

The entire home and yard are for your enjoyment. The garage is not currently available for guest use.

Other things to note...

The home has two STEPS that lead into the kitchen, and TWO steps to back of the home where the bedrooms are located. If a guest has a handicap that makes stepping up 2 steps at a time, the only room that will be easily accessible (no steps) is the room on the front of the house that allows for no privacy.

We also have a large kennel available if needed.
