We’ll send your unique door code prior to your stay—you can check in anytime after 4:00 PM.

If the home is ready early, we’ll reach out to offer early check-in. We do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out when possible—please inquire if interested.

✅ Contactless Check-In – No in-person meetups required. The community is not gated, so you can go directly to the home to start your stay.

You’ll also find nearby public lakes, scenic golf courses, hiking trails, and outdoor recreation, making this the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure.

Best Way to Travel:
A car is highly recommended for getting around, as public transportation in the area is limited.

Free on-site parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.

Uber and Lyft are available but may be limited, especially in the evenings or during off-peak seasons.

The community is walkable, and bikes are a great way to explore nearby lakes, trails, and amenities.

Other Things to Note

✔ No additional guests beyond the reservation are permitted

✔ This is not a gated community — guests can proceed directly to the home for check-in

Guest Requirements
✔ Primary renter must be at least 22 years old and remain on-site for the duration of the stay
✔ Names of all adult guests are required after booking
✔ ID verification and a rental agreement must be completed after booking

Pet Policy
• Up to two dogs allowed with a $125 pet fee
• A third dog may be approved for an additional $125 (based on breed, size, and coat)

Quiet Hours
• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please respect neighbors and community guidelines

Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs

If you prefer the refundable deposit, just send us a message after booking and we’ll take care of it.
