    My parents were very happy about this place and the cleanliness of it all! They enjoyed the localisation and the neighborhood. Everything they needed was there. They just want to let you know that the dryer’s filter wasn’t cleaned as well as the coffee’s machine one. Overall they enjoyed their first American experience here thanks to you and your availability. Thank you

    House was clean and had what we needed as a home base for our trip. No complaints except for the kitchen light that is a motion sensor kept turning on by itself, waking the person sleeping on the couch and nothing available to blow up the air mattress that was provided.

    Had not researched address. Undesirable location in a iffy neighborhood. Photos of unit show curtains drawn for a reason. If you are visiting Austin, do your research.

    Close to everything we needed - off of Wm Cannon, so we were able to get to everything - downtown, Salt Lick, Garcia's, Barton Springs, airport - with very little effort. We'll be back in the area in the spring and will definitely book this place again.
