Excellent place for our family reunion. Safe for our 2 and 4 yr old grandchildren. Quiet, clean, the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed!Communication was excellent. You will not regret staying here- definitely 5 stars!!!

The house is in great condition very clean plus adequately stocked with all necessities and plenty of room for 10 adults. Plus 1 dog. Convenient access to all activities very easy to get around. Reservation process was smooth easy to navigate the website with adequate information needed. We will be staying here again in the near future! The accommodations are very well located and family friendly! Highly recommended for large groups of 10 to stay at!

The space was perfect for our family. Loved the screened in porch. The location was also perfect for 2 days at silver dollar city.

Great house for multiple families.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and that is very nice. The only thing is that the baby bed needs to be updated. It didn't work properly so the baby couldn't use it. Otherwise, The house is comfortable and cozy.

This was our first time to rent this property. House was very roomy and comfortable. There were a few issues noted upon our arrival. Contacted Evolve rep (who was very friendly and receptive) and they had maintenance there within 30 minutes to correct most of the issues. Had contractor there next day to correct other issue. Loved the screened in back porch. Would definitely rent this property again. Club house with pools and hot tub were one street over so was easy to get to.

Good place for big families but needs to be cleaner

All 8 of us were very comfortable here, love the rustic feel of a cabin stay. Was close to the pool, & not down a steep hill like some of the other cabins. Great space!!

We were close to SDC, comfortable cabin to stay in. Family of 8 had plenty of room. Would stay here again!

The com munication and check-in process was super easy. We only had plans at Silver Dollar City so the location was fantastic!! The house had everything needed...decor is a little dated, but having all of the space was a plus and we didn't really spend time there except to sleep. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs. More importantly, there is only one bathroom with an accessible shower (located downstairs). The other bathrooms have whirlpool tubs (approx. 2 ft. high) and require climbing in to use the shower. Also, bring your own toiletries if you stay more than one night. There are tiny shampoos and conditioner available, but only have enough for one person, one day. Overall, it's a great place for families and is a great location.

Needs a few upgrades but other than that nice place. Meet requirements we needed.

Perfect having so many beds and each having a bathroom. Close to all we wanted to do, quiet, comfortable! Will be staying again!

We had everything we needed. Of all the places we have stayed, this has been the best for our family.
