Stayed Aug 28, 2025Wonderful house at rough river, with everything you need for a great time. Very stocked home. Very clean. We stayed in main bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Loved the owners attention to detail for guest. We have stayed in atleast 20 rough river Vrbo. This is in my top 3 for sure.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025I was very impressed with the house in person - very roomy, comfy mattresses in the larger bedrooms, quiet street, and an overall nice place to stay. Loved the options of using your water toys and just floating near the dock was a favorite! Host was prompt with response! Will likely be back!!! Thank you!

Stayed Jul 9, 2025Beautiful home with everything you would need for a trip! Owners were very responsive! Was a little bummed that the dock wasn't able to be used due to the high water levels right now but other than that HIGHLY recommend & will be booking again!

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We came for my dad’s 60th. Nicks boat dock was only a short drive away. It was a nice spacious home that fit all of our needs. Will be returning to this rental VERY often.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024When entering, I could smell animals. The walk to the dock was dangerous. But overall it was nice and had plenty of extras if you forgot something from home.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024All I can say is that this place was PERFECT for my friends and family. We had 4 kids aged 5-16 and 5 adults and there was more than enough space for us. The walk down to the dock is a little steep but, well worth it. We spent our days there out on the water and this place was an excellent place to come to after a day of boating. Parking is plentiful even with our boat, there was ample space. This place was ready for us with everything we needed. There are two boat launches very close, and by boat the house is closer than driving. We had a GREAT time and will definitely stay here again when returning to Rough.
