Beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay!

This place is such a gem but it is in need of A LOT of maintenance. The location is amazing and the house is so cute. Unfortunately, there were so many things wrong with it. Outlets that didn’t work, an overgrown front lawn, a broken window in the upstairs bedroom that had been taped together and a trash bag put over it, a lamp that didn’t work, not enough towels, and ants in the kitchen. We wish we could say better things about this place but there are better places to stay in St. Augustine :(

Our stay was wonderful. The only reason we were disappointed was because we rented this house because in the pictures there is enough driveway to turn around the car and head out going forward onto the busy highway. The driveway was only half of what is pictured on VRBO. The front picture of the house is NOT a real picture of the house. Other than that our stay was very nice.

We had an excellent time at this home. It was clean and well stocked with needed kitchen items. Also, it is in a great location with being direct beach front and being so close to St. Augustine & Jacksonville. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful FL beach house.

The property was very nice and the location was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint was the bedroom and bathroom was freezing. No one minded but me. Could have used a few more towels

Great location close to the ocean- steps away. Large house, well furnished, kitchen well stocked. Everything we needed and more. We loved it and would recommend to others and we would stay there again. Thank you!

House was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful deck with easy beach access. Both full bathrooms were very nice.

Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated house with a great floorplan and incredible views. We have family in Jacksonville and hosted a few dinners, so it was nice to have 2 dining tables and the huge island countertop to set up food for the group. The beds were newer and comfortable with new, nice quality, clean linens. The hosts responded quickly to a question we had after arrival. We enjoyed time on the covered wraparound porch. The outdoor grill was badly in need of cleaning or replacement, so we didn't use it. Some of the area rugs in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms were due for cleaning or replacement, and the downstairs floors could've been cleaner. Also, please note, the driveway is no longer a U shape like in the picture. It's a short, straight driveway on the left side. It'll fit 2 small/med size vehicles side by side. Backing out onto A1A with limited visibility was nerve wracking. Anytime we needed to drive south, we just went north and turned around. There's plenty of parking space across the street along the side of the road though. These were minor issues, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as described in ad. Perfect for a getaway. Hosts were gracious and communcative from start to finish of transaction. Beautiful home.

Completely blown away by the ocean views from the deck, the living area, and the Master BR. Direct access to the beach was perfect for morning walks or to relax by the surf during the day. The house is extremely well designed and furnished - LOTS of space. Fantastic communication from the owners that made the check-in and check-out process seamless. Would highly recommend this rental.

We had such a wonderful time… the home was everything you could ask for! The outdoor space was the perfect setting to have an expansive view of the fabulous beach and so easy to set up beach umbrellas and spend the day! We were all sad to leave and hope to be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beach house was wonderful, beautiful and relaxing, very private but still 12 minutes away from Publix and right down street from a gas station. Pictures are great but even better in person. Thank you!!!
