Stayed Dec 1, 2025This Cd'A Charmer is a Gem! Thank you for hosting us - we love this property! It has a nice open floorplan to cook together, hang out and play games, or just relax and watch movies or read a book. Being part of the beautiful quaint Garden District the neighborhood morning walks are the best! The walking access to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops and the lake are unapparelled. The kitchen is well appointed, we had all we needed. I love coffee and refreshments on the porch and the porch swing is very special. We have stayed in a lot of places and this makes the top of the list! You won't be disappointed! Great Hosts, with fantastic communication and care for us. Well done you guys! Great job! Keep up the good work! We will defiantly be back! Thanks so much!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Our family had such a wonderful stay in the CDA charmer. It is in the most perfect location. A close walk to stores, restaurants and the beach. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5 and it was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer when away from home. We will definitely be book again. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 10, 2025We had a fantastic stay the property was exactly what we needed for a summer getaway. The mini-split units kept the space perfectly cool during the hot Idaho days, making it easy to relax and recharge. We especially enjoyed the shaded front porch it was a great spot to unwind in the mornings and evenings. The host was wonderful and incredibly responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place!
