Exceptionally ideal floorplan with main floor Primary Suite (queen bed) along with a fully equipped Kitchen, Great Room with wonderful living and dining space, an additional Full Bath, indoor jacuzzi in a solarium and fabulous Ski Storage/Mud Room on main floor provide a no step access outside and a 2 car garage. Upstairs there are two more bedroom suites (one with a queen & one with a king bed). The rooms flank a fantastic bonus loft area with a twin daybed, reading nook, office and a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer. Our home is nestled amongst sparkling aspen trees with vaulted ceilings that dot the well manicured grounds. Convenient to many biking and hiking trails. A welcome retreat to Deer Valley mountain and Park City. This is a family home. NO GROUPS, NO PARTIES. All household fees are included except housekeeping.
