FALL IN LOVE! Gorgeous, colorful pool home mins from Anna Maria! Pet friendly!

I stayed for 5 nights- I have vacationed here 4 years in a row, and this was the best place I have stayed at! The host was great! I brought my little dog with me the place was beautiful, extremely clean, and cozy! There are some nice little restaurants pretty close by too. very safe neighborhood to be in as well. The pool was perfect. no complaints- will be back :)

Great place with everything you need.

The house was great but the pool not so much there is a tree that needs to be removed due to the wind blows all the tree stuff right on the deck and in the pool. It was bad it kept the pool dirty and was not ok. So me I’d cut that tree down asap!!! I would totally rent that place again for even a longer day if that tree was gone and people go on vacation not to have to clean and I had to sweep the deck clean the pool every 15 minutes it was just not inviting and for what I paid, I should’ve had to have that problem.

The home was lovely, with a surprising amount of space, that was really laid out attractively. The house had everything you would need.

Absolutely love staying at Caroline’s property! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again. The home is very close to the boat ramp which works good for us! Caroline answers messages quickly and is an excellent host! Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the water!

Caroline is a wonderful host. She was easy to connect with and made check in and check out simple. She has put a lot of thoughtful detail into this well stocked VRBO. The house is clean, spacious, well maintained, and has so many thoughtful details tucked into just abt every room. The pool was perfect and the backyard had just the right amt of grassy area for Our golden retriever to play and chase lizards. We highly recommend this home away from home and look fwd to visiting again in the future.

We had a great stay for the month! Wanted a taste of Florida for the month and this property had everything we needed. Great location with a crisp pool. Caroline was very attentive and fast to respond. Our family including our pups had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Caroline’s place. Caroline made sure we had beach supplies and check-in was smooth. She provided tons of local recommendations and the house was centrally located, just 15-20 minutes to Anna Maria Island. House was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved the pool and the house was spacious enough for our group of six. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected , mid-century vibe and decor were very cool. Caroline went above and beyond normal hostess duties, lefta nice food gift basket, had coffee and filters available and even brought out cat toys and scratching post ! Great and beautiful location close to the Manatee River and close to the Ana Maria Island beaches and Robinson and Perico Preserves. Highly recommended .

My daughter and I were in town for a sport event at IMG and Premier. The location of the property was great. About 15 minutes from IMG and an easy 30 minutes to the second location. The property is a short drive to Anna Maria beaches as well. The home was adorable and very clean. It was the perfect retreat for us from the pressures of the event. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to eat our healthy breakfasts and dinners versus eating out for all our meals. We were actually sad to leave our little home away from home and will definitely stay here again next year for the event. PS the binder with all the home information and suggestions for the area was very appreciated as well.
