Kids will love the magical princess-inspired and galaxy-themed bedrooms, while adults can relax in thoughtfully styled spaces. Enjoy a private backyard, upstairs bedroom patio, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to unwind. Conveniently located in Kissimmee, approximately 20–30 minutes from Walt Disney World and near Orlando’s top attractions.

We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing stay. Please review our house guidelines before booking. By reserving the home, you agree to follow these rules throughout your stay.

👥 Occupancy & Booking Requirements
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests, excluding infants.
• The primary booking guest must be 25 or older, remain at the property for the duration of the reservation, and be responsible for all guests in their party.
• Reservations may not be transferred to another person.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guest verification through Truvi must be completed before access instructions are released.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.

We’ve thoughtfully prepared Fairytales & Galaxies for you and ask that you treat the home, furnishings, décor, linens, and amenities with care.

Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damaged or missing property, unauthorized guests or pets, smoking, late departure, plumbing damage caused by misuse, or tampering with Wi-Fi, security, television, or other equipment.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property
Fairytales & Galaxies is a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the property and in prohibited outdoor areas, including cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, and similar substances.

Evidence of smoking may result in a minimum $500 cleaning and odor-remediation charge, subject to the extent of remediation required.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Please respect our home and our neighbors.

Serious violations may result in termination of the reservation in accordance with applicable booking-platform policies.

🤫 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level, particularly outdoors.

🪜 Stairs, Balcony & Outdoor Areas
• This is a two-story home with interior stairs.
• The home includes an upstairs balcony/patio and a small backyard.
• Children should be supervised when using stairs, the balcony/patio, and outdoor areas.

❄️ A/C & Climate
• Central air conditioning and heat are provided.
• Please keep exterior doors and windows closed while the A/C or heat is running.
• Do not set the thermostat outside the permitted temperature range posted in the home.

🧹 Housekeeping & Maintenance
• The home is professionally cleaned before every stay.
• Daily housekeeping is not included. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Please report maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to assist. Urgent matters will be prioritized; non-urgent requests may be handled during normal business hours.

🐜 Florida Pest Notice
The home receives routine professional pest-control service. Due to Florida`s warm climate, an occasional insect may still find its way indoors. Please contact us promptly if you notice anything that requires attention.

📶 Wi-Fi & TVs
Complimentary Wi-Fi and TVs are provided for your enjoyment. Please do not unplug, relocate, reset, or reconfigure internet, television, security, or other electronic equipment.

🚗 Parking
• 2 complimentary parking spaces are available in front of the home.
• Please observe all community parking rules and posted restrictions.
• Trailers and commercial vehicles are not permitted unless specifically authorized by the community.

🧺 What We Provide
The home is stocked with essentials to help you settle in, including cookware, dishes, linens, towels, starter toiletries, paper products, and basic cleaning/laundry supplies.

Starter quantities are provided and may need to be replenished by guests during longer stays.

🎒 Personal Belongings
Please double-check the home before departure. Vivre Luxe is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, misplaced, or left behind. If an item is found, we`ll gladly assist with coordinating its return when possible; shipping costs are the guest`s responsibility.

Before checking out, we kindly ask that you:
• Dispose of trash in the designated bins
• Remove personal food and belongings
• Rinse and load used dishes
• Leave beds unmade
• Place used towels in the designated area
• Make sure doors and windows are secured
• Send us a quick message once you`ve departed
