This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. There is a camera at the front right of the home facing the walkway & driveway. Another on backdoor of garage facing backyard and side of home, and a third camera on the stairs of the back deck facing the yard.

This neighborhood has narrow streets with golf cart traffic. NO PARKING ALLOWED ON THE STREET. ALSO, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, OR BOATS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS THEY FIT COMPLETELY IN THE DRIVEWAY. VIOLATORS WILL BE CITED. - please refer to the photo gallery for an image of the driveway.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities, and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

    This property is right on the golf course and has fabulous views.The location of this house was perfect for us as it is a very short drive to downtown, the lake, and the park. The house is beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Our stay could not have been more perfect. Done Right management exceeds their name as everything was done right..
