IMPORTANT NOTES

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dog(s) need to be disclosed in advance and count toward the maximum of 2.

Optional Pool Heating is recommended October thru May: $79/night. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.

The owner keeps two cars in the garage, but there's ample room to park up to the allowed 4 vehicles in front of the garage and in the circular driveway.

Max occupancy is 8 adults and 2 children under 12.
