Fairway Gem: Games Room, Private Pool, Golf View, Grill, Water Park

We really enjoyed our stay at the reunion. The house was better than we expected and plenty of space for the 7 of us. My kids enjoyed the waterpark too! The few things that we did not like- the dryer had a bad smell when it was running, the hot tub never got hot and the upstairs master had awful water pressure. The home could use more blankets and there family room couch was a bit worn out and stained. Otherwise, we thought the property was really nice and a nice location for visiting disney.

For our family the layout of the house was great. The inside however showed a ton of signs of traffic and stains on the carpet in several locations. Pool wasn't clean when we got there so we had to call on that. One kitchen chair was broken, the blinds had several missing slats on the sliding glass door. House is beginning to show its age for sure.

Had a couple complaints -washer , dryer area smelled of gas -slat blinds were broken - furniture is dated and uncomfortable The house was in good condition and clean, kitchen was fine It was unfortunate for our stay the main pool was under maintenance work

There's a lot we love about staying at Reunion Resort: the beautiful properties, the lovely water park, the restaurants and other amenities. Unfortunately, our two week stay at this property did not meet up with the typical Reunion Resort stay we've become accustomed to during our prior visits. To begin with: the house has 5 bedrooms, but it was unclear from the photos that it has the master bedroom and another bedroom on the second floor, but 2 other bedrooms are also on the second floor, but those two second floors are not connected. It makes it feel as though the second floor with the other 2 rooms is in a different house. This is not great if you have little kids, but likely fine if you're traveling with multiple families. The house itself is nice, although a bit smaller than others we've stayed at in Reunion. The couches were very uncomfortable and the lighting in the dining room was too dim to eat dinner there. The kitchen lacked basic household amenities like a salt and pepper shaker. You can tell it's all relatively new appliances which is nice, but the house doesn't feel like anyone ever lived there, and lacks some of the household supplies we maybe took for granted in other Reunion properties. We ended up purchasing bath towels as those provided were very small and purchased blankets as there were none in the house. The biggest issue we had is that because there is a vacant lot next door, the noise carries, and on the other side of the vacant lot are 2 16-bedroom houses. During our stay these were packed with people having a party and outside in the swimming pool sometimes until 4am. The noise carried to the master bedroom in a way that you'd be laying in bed and it sounded like the people in that pool 2 doors down were right next to you. We had to call security 4x in one evening, despite Reunion's alleged 11pm quiet time. Thankfully, the other bedrooms could not hear this noise, but it was very disruptive almost every night in the master suite. The bathrooms all were fine, the water pressure in the master shower was the worst in all of the bathrooms in the house, which was disappointing and could be fixed with a decent shower head replacement. Our ice maker stopped working about halfway through the visit. A call to Reunion had them promptly send a repairman, who was unable to remedy the situation. Thankfully, we were able to fix it on our own with a YouTube video. Our stay was fun because, of course, we were at Disney and it was Christmastime, so we were still happy, but these issues made it so that while I would definitely return to another stay in Reunion, it would not ever be at this property.

The house was nice and plenty of space. Pool was dirty upon arrival and need to be turned on and skimmed to clean up. Yard clean up, hedge trimming, weedwackers and blowers for 4 hours starting at 8 am was ridiculous. This should be done when house is being turned over. This was not surrounding houses and was a full clean up of the rental property on the first day with guests. Made sleeping past 8, staying in house or sitting outside impossible for half a day.

Home was perfect for multiple families as the floor plan allowed for each family to have their own side of the house for sleeping. The pool was great for late afternoon hang outs after exploring the water park all day with the kids. Numerous restaurants within close proximity including within the community and two separate living spaces so adults could hang out in one while the kids watched movies and played games in the other. 5 out 5 stars and will definitely stay again.

If you like the following, this house is perfect for your family: - cloudy, dead frog filled swimming pool - the smell of natural gas emitting from the laundry room - the loud sound of frogs ALL NIGHT LONG - a sectional couch that is not connected and moves everytime you sit on it We stay at Reunion twice a year. This was the far and away the worst home we've ever rented.

Could not give an outstanding rating.Paid extra for a heated spa and never even got warm.Very disappointing since at my age really needed the therapy after golf.Beautiful facility otherwise.
