Fairfield Bay Home On Golf Course w/ Fenced Yard!

This place was AMAZING! Probably one of the best vacation rental houses we’ve ever stayed at. The decor was beautiful, the furniture was so comfortable and they literally had everything you would need for a weekend get away. There was a cute welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived with snacks and drinks and there were little notes throughout the house that made it feel so personal. The kitchen was well equipped, the house smelled wonderful and it was clean on the inside and outside. It sits right on the golf course, there are great outdoor sitting areas and I could go on and on. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property last year and were delighted that it was available for us again. The house and property are well maintained. There is a beautiful sun room and patio overlooking the golf course. 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) and 2 bathrooms, the king bed has ensuite bathroom. An open concept kitchen, dining, and living room creates a welcoming space for all! The is a dining table seats 6. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Definitely would book this house again. Close to the clubhouse and the mall - this house is well laid out and loaded with amenities and any cooking item you may need including air fryer, crockpot, hotpot, spices, etc. Nice deck overlooking backyard and golf course with barbecue grill. The rooms are large and almost every room in the house has a massive tv - great house for entertaining and I hope people continue to respect how super clean and lovingly well maintained this home is.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife and little girl. The house is extremely clean and comfy and has very pretty back yard right on the golf course. We played golf both days and ate great food. Has tons of room for more guests if wanted. Will be back for sure.

Peaceful, tranquil, and very relaxing, had all amenities needed for my family as we took our family there for Christmas.

The place was perfect. Had enough space for everyone. Our dog enjoyed the backyard. Enjoyed all of the birds along with watching the golf carts go by.

Had a great time, nice three bedroom two bath house on the golf course. Love the huge TVs. Parking for your boat is a little tricky, but I made it work. We will definitely go back. A regular gas grill would be nice. I didn’t like the flat top grill.

Lovely porches and comfortable beds!

I booked a quick getaway with some girlfriends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was spotless and well-stocked. There were plenty of cooking spices, paper towels, soaps, dishwasher tabs, etc. We enjoyed grilling out on the spacious back porch. The yard was well-maintained and backed to the golf course, so it was a little brighter/sunnier than some of the neighboring homes. It's a short drive to several hikes and restaurants. We also went to the marina to catch the shuttle to Sugar Loaf. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

My husband stayed here while taking care of some business. He enjoyed the property very much.
