Fabulously Updated Ocean View Home with Sunroom, Game Room, Hot Tub, Fire Pit!

Great place to stay!

better than expected!

My family and I celebrated my 60th birthday. We all really liked this house. Everything was organized, very clean, a nice view, a separate entrance, and a very quiet area. We'll definitely be back in the future. I recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much!

Our family had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home! We loved the private location, the lovely deer wandering the property, s’mores by sunset and the home is spacious and gorgeous!

Property was in great condition. Really comfortably furnished, and great location. Felt private but with easy access to everything in Lincoln City.Would highly recommend.

The property was great, with great views and deer, lots of parking, great location, spacious areas. My only complaint was the house was pretty dirty. Beds and linens were great, but the couch was kind of gross especially the back, the garbage was over filled on arrival, nothing was really wiped down, like side tables and such. On arrival the cleaning gentelmen was still on site and not finished.

The house was wonderful. We loved that it was up in the hill with all the trees and deers. The deers were definitely the highlight for all the little ones and the older ones too. The fresh air was excellent. We also liked that we could see the ocean so well. It was one of my favorite houses to rent so far.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is plenty of parking. The yard needed mowed, but the wildflowers were pretty and a doe and her fawns visited the yard daily. The hot tub was clean and wonderful.The house is so large and the limitation on number of people is surprising. We could never have all the cousins in the house at the same time. I did not receive the check-in information and had to call to get the code.

This was a great place to be close to things but with all the trees and deer you do not feel like you are in town!! House was very clean and plenty of room for all of us.

We were extremely impressed with this property. The location was nice, the house was spacious and clean, and the deer friends everyday was a treat. My children are 4 and 6 and there were plenty of toys and games to keep them busy. We brought scooters because the driveway was nice and big for them to play on. My family all had their own rooms and the beds were comfy. We will be back!

We had a girls trip to celebrate my 40th birthday and this house was the perfect location! We played games and ate food. Soaked in the hot tub and hit the casino. If only it hadn’t been raining we would have totally utilized the fire pit too. We all can’t wait to come back for another girls trip…and hopefully we can make it an annual event!

The price and location was ideal for our group! We had time to relax and also get out. Beautiful and comfortable home!

The house exceeded expectations and was even nicer in person than in the photos. It was beautifully and tastefully updated and furnished. The game room and sun room provided extra sleeping areas, in addition to the four bedrooms. The lot was unexpectedly large and private, we saw deer grazing in the lawn and enjoyed the hot tub. My only negative comments are that the beautiful view is somewhat marred by the strip mall, and the floors are strangely slippery, we had a few close calls.

We found the home well equipped and it was great having a bedroom on the first floor for our elderly mom. We enjoyed the hot tub and the close distance to Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, etc., yet it was private with a great view. We found it clean and homey for a relaxing time with our mom, daughters and sisters.

The house was very clean and beautiful. A lot of parking space. No neighbors. Very quiet neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay!

This was a great property for our Family and our grandchildren. Lots of space and comfortable furniture, close to Safeway for groceries and the location of our Family r reunion. Lovely home .

This house is perfect for a big family. There is plenty of space. We had adults and a lot of kids and there was a sun room, garage, and play room for the kids to play in so it never felt crowded. The house was decorated to cute and had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is bring your own beach towels because they didn’t have those. The view and location was amazing! I would highly recommend if you’re staying in Lincoln city.

We enjoyed a spacious house. Large enough to accommodate all of us. Comfortable beds and wonderful bathrooms. Great choice.

Beautiful home, clean, spacious. Beautiful view. Loved all the trees gave you the feel that you were by yourself even though the next houses aren't very far away. Was able to watch deer and elk hanging out in the yard. Perfect get away!!

This property was amazing, the house was spacious and beautiful and we got to see the ocean from the home. There were also a ton of deer grazing in the front yard every day! It was so cool to see them up close. We will absolutely be coming back.

Rented this property for an annual girls get-together weekend. It was wonderful! The house was lovely, bright, clean, and perfectly suited our needs. The only negative was that someone arrived 20 minutes before check out time to start cleaning, so we all felt rushed to say our goodbyes and leave. It was kind of rude. A minor incident in an otherwise great weekend.
