Stayed Dec 25, 2025Great old house with modern updates in a great location. It was not the most toddler friendly house in that the staircase was open and there were a lot of fragile items, but once we babyproofed it we had no issues!

Stayed Jul 30, 2025We love St. Simon’s Island and the house just added to the great experience. It is situated near restaurants and shops and it had everything we could have needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to both the beach and pier. We were quite happy with this home. I would suggest though, that maybe a welcoming packet with more instructions might be useful. We never did get the ice maker to work! But overall a positive experience!

Stayed Sep 1, 2024This was our annual girls trip. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of room. Loved the screened in porch. Close to beach, restaurants and shops.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023The home is gorgeous and fit for a larger group of people! 5 min walk to the beach and near plenty of restaurants and attractions. Our only qualm is the home only has two bathrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs but it was beside the smallest bathroom which didn’t make sense to us. This bathroom also has no counter space. Other than the challenge of sharing two bathrooms with a larger group, the home is beautiful and provides an excellent get-away.
