Fabulous River Retreat 3 bedroom bach

Great communication, very helpful and good amenities. Wonderful cosy cottage - great fire on a cold rainy day. Kids loved the bikes and it was wonderful being so close to the River Trails. Would definitely stay again.

Had a plumbing issue phoned and they had a plumber there next morning. Plenty of firewood which is always the case. Large house with everything you need. A little run down but very comfortable. Recommend

All good , except the vacuumcleaner , useless to clean up doghairs ! We loved the spacious house and secure dogarea , great logburner and ample dry firewood .Thanks for letting us stay , would love to come back !

Perfect location for fishing. Old holiday bach with wood burner to warm up after cold day.Unfortunately cleaners had not cleaned toilet before we arrived.

Our second stay here, location is fabulous, place is cosy and has all you need. Dog friendly with a closed off area accessible from the deck.

The property was very spacious and very well equipped, in a fabulous location. We loved the quirkinesss of the house, enjoyed the games room in the garage and even had a soak in the lilac bath.

Nice central place to stay in Turangi. Short walk to shops. Coffee next door and lovely river walks. Nice quiet area

The River Retreat had everything we needed and more. The bikes were great, rode the river trail, the fire place was second to none. We attended a wedding in Turangi and loved the 3 days there. Very handy to numerous places. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Property was well equipped. Plenty of room. Nice and warm with the fire going. Hosts were really helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Such a great stay, the house is spacious and clean. The fireplace warms the whole house up. The garden was great for our pup and the games room fun when it was too wet to go out. Good location from the snow and close to the river for fishing.

Older property, location could not be better. Large living dining, very dated but that is the appeal of this property. Fireplace and plenty of dry firewood which is a massive bonus. We have stayed at this property many times and highly recommend. We will be back. Host very accommodating and easy to get hold of if there is a problem. Also has a fenced grass area which is perfect of you have a dog. Definitely recommend.
