FABULOUS Padre Island Townhouse 3 Bed/3 Bath - Sleeps 10

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and everything our family needed. We really liked the play area and pool for the younger members of our family. Communicating with our host was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others who are interested.

I love the location, layout, ease of booking and checking in and out and the communication. That being said, there are some things that really need attention. The cleaning people should be fired immediately! The fans have caked dust, the furniture is dusty, there was sand all over the couches, empty wrappers, soda cans and water bottles left under beds which also had major dirt/dust under them, dirty linens in the closet, dirty toilets and sinks. The bathroom light in one of the upstairs bedrooms was out the entire stay. It was a bit yucky so I cleaned as much as I could before unpacking and washed every dish and or utensil to ensure cleanliness before using. Please clean up better as this could be a great place to stay.

Had a great time at the beach. Loved the condo. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Not sure if we found a wine bottle opener but we didn’t look to hard. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Everything was really nice, the only complaints was the beds and pillows were not comfortable, one bed had a lump and the bottom bedroom was warm and ceiling fan did not go on a faster speed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse at Nemo Cay. My daughter and grandkids went with us and they had a lot of fun. They really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Very close to the beach too! Thank you Tina! We will be back!

The condo was just as the listing described. We traveled with our adult kids and two grand kids. It was a wonderful space for us to spend the weekend together. The pool is perfect for young kids and adults. The condo was clean and comfortable for our party of 7. The location was great as we were close to beaches and restaurants. Tina was a wonderful host. I highly recommend this rental!

We really enjoyed our stay thank you again! Just a couple of small things we wanted to mention that might need attention for future guests. I also texted Tina about these.The overall cleanliness was okay, but we did notice a few areas that could use a little more attention. For example, we found some items left behind by previous guest. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it might be something to flag for the cleaning crew just to ensure everything feels fresh and fully reset for the next visitors.

Had a great time staying here. Big space with plenty of room for our party and close to stores, restaurants, and a grocery store. Pool is nice and area is quiet. If going to Padre Island again will definitely stay again!

Awesome property.. pool area really nice. Loved that each bedroom had their own restroom. The upstairs bedrooms do get colder than the bottom just fyi. Overall a great stay.

We love our little weekend get away

Just as our last stay at this property, made it more inviting and exciting to return. It is becoming our first choice for vacation getaway for me and my family in the area. Convenient to restaurants, stores, family friendly things to do and less than 5 minute drive to the beach. Excellent communication and great turnkey stay makes everything stress free. Have already recommended this location to others and will be returning for future visits.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for our 2 families (2 adults and 5 kids from 7 to 17) to have time together and time to spread out. I loved that there was a table with enough room for everyone to eat together! The kitchen had a large variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. The large fridge had ice and water in the door, which was a HUGE PLUS!!!The location was great with a huge HEB Plus within 10 minutes and plenty of beac access within less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Whitecap Beach. Although we didn’t come across any rinse stations, it was by far the cleanest beach I’ve been on where I could park my vehicle right on the beach - rather than have to carry my stuff back and from a parking lot. I would highlyOverall 10 out of 10. I would definitely re-book at this property!

The home was perfect. I loved how each room had it's own bathroom. The location was great. No complaints.

Close to the beach and fishing jetty is a plus. The house was perfect size for 8 people. Will stay again.

This property is great for big groups and very kid friendly!
