2026 Monthly Rates WITHOUT required added Agency and VRBO Fees and the amounts reflected on Lease Agreement that you sign for parties of 7 or less. Please inquire about decreased monthly rates for May and June, September and October ($12,000 - $15,000); July and August $15,000 per month. 30 night reservations only, thank you! Please note: The Security Deposit is $1000 and VRBO does not collect but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues no security refund. Please contact them directly prior to booking if you need further clarity.

Please note: VRBO will generate the cost of your stay when you enter dates and number of occupants, this quote is accurate and has already been adjusted to add taxable administrative fees above the owner's rental rate. The amount you pay to VRBO includes added VRBO and agency administrative fees (the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through VRBO). These added charges will not be reflected on your lease papers, as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the homeowner, and so rates quoted here will reflect a rate higher than listed elsewhere. The rental rate that is noted in the body of the property description is the actual amount that will be reflected in the lease agreement; this amount is without added fees. Please let us know if you need further clarification. All bookings require a separate Lease Agreement and Lease Packet to be completed and signed by both parties within an Agency determined time frame after booking through VRBO/Homeaway to bind the reservation. Please do NOT initiate a request to book until we let you know we are ready, as it will either be declined, allowed to expire, or edited to a higher rate to include an added administrative fee, to cover associated VRBO penalties, since we'll need time to discuss your reservation with the homeowner. Important Booking Notes:

* Please do not click “Request to Book” until we confirm that we are ready to proceed. Availability may take a few days to verify with the homeowner, and Vrbo may apply penalties to hosts who do not respond within 24 hours. Reservations initiated without prior communication may be subject to an additional administrative fee to cover the added processing requirements.
* A separate lease packet must be completed and signed within the timeframe determined by the Agency in order to finalize your reservation. Failure to complete this process may result in forfeiture of funds paid.
* Payment constitutes acceptance of all stated terms and is binding. Additional terms may be presented prior to booking and will also require acceptance.
