Fabulous Lighthouse, stone's throw away from beach,120 ft ,w/ stunning views!

Ocean view/ in the back big porch. Confortable & quiet

The house was very nice and close to the beach. We could here the waves crashing at night.

We had a great time at the Lighthouse. It was so peaceful to sit on the swings and enjoy the ocean breeze. The beach, which is steps away, was perfect!

Great place, great location and great host!

The Lighthouse was the perfect place for our family vacation. The location was quiet being a little south of town. It was a short walk to the beach with our wagons. The property had everything we needed including an outdoor shower. We will be returning!

Owner charged us for damages that were not caused by us. If you stay here you should photo every room and document all previous damages.

What a wonderful stay we had. Would highly recommend! House was perfect

The house is aging. The latch on one of the gates has not worked for a very long time. Slats in the guardrail are broken causing another safety risk for small children. Communication with the owner was short and tense.

This is our 2nd time staying with them. We stayed at one of their other places before. Love the location. Walked the beach multiple times a day. Watched the ocean, heard the waves, wonderful spot. Plenty of space for 6 of us and our dog. Definitely highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a nice, relaxing stay at the Lighthouse. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. I liked that the host provided us with a list of things to bring so could plan in advance.My grandchildren really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and we did spend a lot of time there. I enjoyed and took advantage of the deck with awesome views of the gulf. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a great house in the second row, which keeps the wind to a limit when it is a windy day, but you still have a view on the open sea. Overall clean, up-to-date, nice neighborhood. The contact with the owner was also great. Would stay again? Yes!

Great place to stay easy walk to beach. House had everything we needed and it was nice and clean. Looks like they recently updated downstairs. We will definitely come back!

Check in process was easy, great location. However house is pretty old and not cleaned well. Piles of dust on every ceiling fan, air vents covered in dust. There was a light fixture in the closet hanging loose with wiring exposed. Downstairs was completely separate from the main house and smelt very musty and the window AC is not powerful enough to cool to our liking. The shower in the lower level had large cracks and was very dirty. We had to clean it ourselves for our stay and killed 5 spiders within the first hour in that lower level room. Manager was very helpful and even reimbursed us some money for the troubles we had, and plans to do repairs. Overall very unhappy with how clean the property was. Not up to standard of other rentals I have stayed at from VRBO.

When we first arrived, the upstairs front door was wide open and there were lots of flies. It was frightening because we have two young children and we didn't know if there were people inside. The house was dirty and it just didn't feel clean. It was grungy, dust bunnies under the couches, grimey shower, and the front porch furniture was broken and dangerous. The legs on the chairs were so dwindled, that I almost fell as I sat down and I'm not large so it was not a weight issue. The decorations were cute and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very short walk to the beach and the ocean. It was beautiful. The property would be so much better if better cleaning and repairs were made. The property owner was cordial and professional, however we didn't feel comfortable ?. Lastly, one day into our stay a wind storm came and blew all the trash into the street and into the yard. This was trash from the previous renters. We had to touch nasty trash and clean it all up. The property owner should ensure that the trash is taken care and all bases are covered prior to any arrival.

We had such a great time! We love being so close to the beach. It was very quiet and spacious. The whole family had a great time. Was perfect for my family! 4 adults and 2 kids! The hostess communicated very well with us. We will book here again!
