Fabulous Fenwick Island Waterfront property!

We really enjoyed our visit to Fenwick Island. We brought 3 dogs who did very well in the yard. My Mother turned 90 that weekend and the first floor bedroom was perfect for her. My brother and his wife just loved the upstairs Master Bedroom. The location was convenient to several restaurants. The first night we had pizza delivered from Tudos which was delicious. The weekend was just perfect for us. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

The house is perfect for large family get togethers. We were warm and cozy for our January 4 birthday celebration. Fully stocked kitchen help making meals at home a breeze.

Home was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone and well described. Host was very responsive. 5 stars. Would definitely return again.

The house is very nice, great outdoor space, kayaks, life jackets, kitchen equipment, games, comfy beds, and in a convenient location. We appreciated everything about it except that the listing does it mention YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS. This was noted in the check-in instructions, but we were in the midst of a multi-stop road trip and didn't find this out until we had already left home. I recommend you update the listing.

This property was a beautiful beach house to stay in for our family vacation! The house was clean and the layout was spacious for everyone to have their own space. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard, and we loved how the house was set up kitchen wise that we had everything we needed to cook at home, including grilling outdoors! Would recommend this home to all!

Amazing! Our family had such a wonderful week even in spite of the fact that we had a couple of rainy days. There was so much to do at the house (games, crabbing off your own dock, tons of movies & Xbox games) & in the area (indoor miniature gold was excellent).The owner Cindy is wonderful. So incredibly helpful. Her beach home is so family friendly & beautifully kept. We had great weather most of the week & so much to do! Kayaking, Paddle boarding right out back. Such a quick drive to so many great restaurants & a great beach at Fenwick Island State Park . I hated to leave. We hope to stay here again. Thank you Cindy!!

Easy access to the water/boat and to the Fenwick beach

We loved this place!! They are so well stocked! We didn’t need to bring so many things we thought we might. It was a beautiful family week with plenty of space!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was a perfect size, it was extremely clean, had everything we needed and more! It was a great bonus we could bring our dogs!! We would definitely come back again!

Great property for families. The paddle boards were a big hit. We also caught 14 legal sized crabs that we steamed on the last day. There's a Food Lion only a couple of miles away. The ocean was a short drive and we always found free parking. For a unique dining experience we went to a restaurant called Our Harvest. If you go all the way to the back of the development you get a really good view of the sunsets.

Great family friendly house!

This house is the best stocked house we have ever rented. From the tons of kids toys and books, to movies, video games, kayaks, and a perfectly appointed kitchen, this house has it all. Great location with a wonderful neighborhood pool and close to all the Restaurants, grocery stores, and a quick trip to the beach. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. We will certainly rent this home again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. Great property, excellent host! We'll be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We were had never been to Ocean City before and planned to explore, but ended up spending more time at the house. Our adult children enjoyed canoeing & water boarding for the first time. We also enjoyed fishing and crabbing. There are just so many things to do, and it made our getaway that much more enjoyable. When our vacation time was up, no one wanted to leave. This house is amazing and the host Cindy was very responsive and caring. My family and I highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to go back again!

Perfect stay! House floor plan functions well! Kitchen was nicely stocked and house was very clean! Back porch was peaceful with the canal view. Owner has thought through every detail and is very responsive. We will be back next year!

This was our first family vacation together in a long time (11 years). The house was beautiful and right on the water. It was well stocked, dog friendly and very clean. We brought three dogs who enjoyed the fenced in yard and neighborhood walks. One of the dog’s leash broke and right there in laundry room was an extra leash which we used until we could get a new one. I didn’t sleep in all the beds but the bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable. Everyone said the house was a good find and would love to return when the weather was warmer. Unfortunately the weather kept us from doing any water activities or fishing, so we played lots of games and did crafts, it was really nice just spending time together. The home was close to shopping and if you like gambling there is also a casino close by in Ocean City Maryland. Our host was super nice and made this first Vrbo experience a positive one, thank you Cindy for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The house was great. Clean and big enough for the group. Close to golfing and anything else we needed. Perfect place.

We really loved this house. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the entire house was well-stocked, which helps a tone when you're cooking a full Thanksgiving meal! The house was beautiful and well-laid out. The view over the canal was perfect and we hope to come back during warmer weather so that we can take advantage of the great patio and the kayaks/SUPs.

We had such a great weekend’. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. The kitchen had everything you could want to cook for a group. The porch and deck are so much bigger than they look in the pictures, and it was nice to be near the water. Three full bathrooms were greatly appreciated too. We will be back’

We stayed here over the weekend with family and friends for a long overdue reunion to attend a nearby birthday celebration for someone special. The house was just perfect for what we needed and was well stocked and conveniently located. The owner was extremely responsive and very accommodating during the booking process and throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay!

Lovely, well-equipped, well maintained comfortable home in a conveniently located neighborhood. The waterfront porch and deck provided a terrific space to enjoy being outdoors. The fenced-in yard was definitely a plus for our four-legged family member. Although we didn't need a thing, any correspondence with the property owner was met with an immediate response.

Beautiful and efficient bay rental house ! Family enjoyed the vacation house and location to restaurants,shopping and miniature golf parks. We all had a memorable week and plan to return next season !!

We had 8 members of our family & 2 dogs who enjoyed this lovely home. The weather was mostly beautiful, and we were able to enjoy the beach, as well as the kayaks and paddleboards that were supplied by the owner. We all met every morning on the big deck for our coffee. We made so many special memories the 2 weeks we were there. Such a pleasant and memorable family vacation!

This was great for kayaking you can just go out back and drop your kayak in the canal, which we did several days, The paddle boards and kayaks supplied by owner was very nice. The kitchen was very well supplied with whatever you would need to cook for the family. I would recommend this place to my friends. The area is also very quiet. Great stay would rent this place again.

My family has stayed at this house a couple for our summer vacation. It’s hard to find better views than what the Cape Windsor community has to offer. The house is very clean and is stocked with all the essentials. We really enjoyed our trip!

House is very roomy and well stocked with every kitchen item imaginable! Thank for a great 90 th Birthday surprise for my dad!
