Fabulous Family Lake House on Eden Isle

The house was clean & well stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful lake vacation. We celebrated Thanksgiving, loved being able to have a fire. The living room reclining furniture was a hit with our group. We also enjoyed using the solo stove on the patio.

The house was perfect for family

We've stayed several times at this house, by ourselves and with friends, and every time have had a great experience. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is so comfortable - it is almost as if you were staying at a friend's house. We have a boat at the marina, so it's a perfect location. We love to take walks in the neighborhood, too.

We had a great time at the property. The home was perfect for 9 of us. The property was comfortable and clean and Margo was very responsive anytime we had a question. We also were able to rent a boat slip at the marina just a short drive away which made things much easier for us. We would definitely come back and visit.

This home is PERFECT for a quiet rest with several beautiful, comfortable places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The guys enjoyed the lake and closeness of the marina. Cute town of Heber Springs for a little shopping and hiking trails for the mornings.

We really enjoyed our stay! We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every tool, dish, bowl and appliance we needed! The living, dining space, bedrooms, and bathrooms were perfect!

The home is very roomy and big enough for a large crowd. Plenty of rooms for quiet time even if a crowd is in another room. Lots of outdoor seating with different areas to gather and enjoy the scenery. Minutes away from stores, restaurants and activities. A short walk to the marina.

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, comfortable house nestled among shade trees in a quiet neighborhood. The gazebo was a lovely spot to drink morning coffee. It is a short drive to a grocery store, or into town, but the tradeoff is tranquil surroundings. We saw a deer on the drive coming to the house! The marina, golf course, or Sandy Beach isn't far, if you have active adults seeking some sport, or something to do.

This really is a fabulous house and great for families. Our large extended family was staying at various properties on Eden Isle and this house was perfect for us to be near to family but also have our own place to escape to. The house is very spacious with great amenities and close to the marina. The hosts are so lovely and great at being communicative and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great house at Eden Isle.

My husband, our college sophomore son, HS junior son, and their two friends spent a great relaxing few days at this property. There was ample room for us to cook - inside and out! Everything we needed was there to serve our dishes, and the outdoor covered areas were lovely to sit in. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there were games and tv options available too. Thanks for a great time before we send the boys back to college & high school!

Excellent location and clean home! The host, Margo, was great to work with. We will stay here again.

The property and house were completely furnished with all necessary items from the kitchen staples to the baths, outdoor space was a A+ feature. Most comfortable place we’ve rented on VRBO. Homeowners are extremely prompt to respond! Thx!
