Fabulous El Rancho villa, great views, direct pool access, 3 sun terraces

Property dated, needs smartening up and some minor repairs needed, especially the rope bannister down the stairs.

Yes the host was welcoming and all the amenities were working. Some plates in the cupboard were dirty. The 40% golf discount that was advertised was no longer available (I was told about this before we travelled) but should not be included in the description. The instructions given for using keybox and key entry did not apply. I was told that a key would be dropped off on the following morning but this did not happen.

Had a wonderful time at this property. It had everything we needed plus more for a relaxing family break. Lovely touch with the baby equipment and toys. Air con was a definite plus. Plenty of space for everyone. Comfy beds. A very well equipped kitchen. Lots of notes and a folder to explain everything. The resort itself is beautiful. Enjoyed the pool that is just a few steps from the property and met some very friendly residents and people on their breaks whilst there. A small square is about a 7 minute walk that has plenty of places to eat and a few shops. Would recommend having your own car as the supermarket is about a 20 minute walk and the region is quite hilly. Thank you Alex, I hope to come back again soon!

El Rancho is definitely one of the best areas in the club to stay in, the location of the villa to the pool is perfect, the villa has everything you want for enjoyable holiday! Met up with some of the owners we met last year. Lovely people! A shame had to ask again for the second front door key and safe key! But Alex sorted it out promptly!

What an absolutely fablous stay! Everything was 10/10 we cant wait to stay again.

We have been to La Manga many times, El Rancho is probably the best of the areas to stay, the location of the villa to the pool was fabulous even allowing my daughter to use the wifi by the pool! The Villa was so well equipped, a lot of thought has gone into the comfort of the guests will definitely come again. Thank you Alex.

Beautiful property, amazing area and la manga club. We had trouble with the oven for several days.

Firstly, the villa is in a great location and in a beautiful Golf resort. IT ENDS THERE! Whatever I’m about to say, the owner will retaliate no doubt, as I tried to sort this out with her personally and did not want to leave a bad review. However, our holiday was ruined. On the day of arrival, she messaged me saying I had not filled out a booking form or paid the final amount. I informed her I had never received a booking form, nor a final payment reminder. She said that other customers had also complained that booking forms never attached properly to her emails. So I paid the final amount and told her how many adults and children would be staying. When we arrived at 4pm, there were steep narrow stairs leading down to two bedrooms. One bedroom had a queen bed, the other had two small single beds. There was no made up bed for our 3rd child, fair enough as it was a sofa bed, but no bed linen in sight. I had to phone a number I found in a book in the kitchen, and ask a lady where the bedding was. It turned out to be underneath the queen bed. We had to lift this bed up and rummage through lots of haphazard bedding. Then I made the sofa up as a bed and as I did, crumbs fell out all over the floor. I could only find a flat sheet and a single duvet so nothing fitted the dirty sofa and when my son slept on it there were uncomfortable gaps where it doesn’t fold out properly. Disgraceful. The bathrooms are old, dated and dirty with cracked tiles. I hope I can attach photos!
