Stayed May 22, 2026The casita was a wonderful relaxing space. They had fresh fruit, coffee, and scones waiting for us and not to mention coffee creamer and milk. The garden entering the unit was our best surprise as after a long trip it was most welcoming. For my husband who did a lot of the driving was totally in love with the heated spa. The casita is within walking distance of great restaurants and museums. We can’t recommend this casita any higher, its been one of our best stays in a long time. The only scary thing we have to say is in the back walk-in closet area is the fact that the back wall is a FULL mirror which makes the area look bigger but we did manage to walk into it once or twice., but we laughed each time.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This casita is the perfect little hideaway for two, tucked away like a well-kept secret that offers peace and comfort. The private entrance, framed by lush greenery and softly lit fountains, feels like stepping into a hidden garden retreat. Inside, the bed is invitingly comfortable, the appliances are modern and the overall ambiance exudes quiet elegance. Its location is ideal, just a pleasant walk from the vibrant Plaza, placing you close to the heart of the city’s culture. What made the stay truly special, was the warm welcome and local event updates from our gracious host. We’re already looking forward to returning to this charming gem.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We enjoyed our 9-night stay here in late December. Located a block north of the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, this casita is a 7-minute walk to the plaza. Parking in the brick driveway is convenient. Even in winter the outdoor area was pleasant, containing seating, a hot tub, and fountain. In milder seasons it would be superb. The unit is small but nicely arranged. There is no living room seating area. The gas kiva fireplace is cozy and the kitchen is well equipped, although another saucepan would be nice. One note: McKenzie Street is blocked for construction at its east end, so you have to access from the west; also the street is very dark at night, so it is hard to see address numbers (they have a solar light over the casita’s number at the end of the driveway, but it is hard to see and stay lighted very long after sunset).
