This iconic home sits on a quiet residential street in Vista Las Palmas, one of most desirable neighborhoods in all of Palm Springs. You'll be within walking distance of the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive (three-quarters of a mile east) and its fabulous restaurants, galleries, nightlife, and Uptown Design District. Spend your days hiking up into the desert mountains, teeing off at one of the countless renowned golf courses nearby, or riding the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six miles west) for a memorable view of the desert.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

    We've rented this house many times and each time it gets better and better. Each time some of the furniture and decor is new and we always find it very well stocked. The backyard is huge and faces the gorgeous mountains. Pool is amazing. It's walking distance to town and in the best neighborhood in Palm Springs!!

    We just loved this home. With 3 couples, the layout was perfect. We had so much privacy with the primary bedroom on the other side of the house and each having its own bathroom. Solid construction where you could not hear a thing from the other rooms. It has been nicely renovated, we loved the design and all the furniture. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we all had such great sleeps. The yard was our favorite...absolutely stunning! Sitting on the pool deck in the early morning with that view of the orange mountains will be a forever memory! The pool is beautiful and it was worth it to pay for the heating as we used it every day. The area is so peaceful and serene and great for walks and bike rides. We have stayed in several homes in Vista Las Palmas and this one was our favorite yet. A real gem! We will definitely return.

    This is a great house in a great location. Close to town, the yard was great, we loved floating in the pool and using the hot tub at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and serving items. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

    Great house—have stayed here multiple times. Authentic mid-century in stunning neighborhood and close the heart of Palm Springs. Beautifully decorated and well-stocked with all the essentials. Pool and spa were working great and appear to have all new equipment. Pool is plenty warm without paying for heat in June, and spa still heated up quickly at night. Also happy to see all new carpet and some new furniture (and grill) since our last stay. One note: 4th bedroom is better for kids (queen bed with no attached bathroom). Other 3 bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms. Other nice amenities: two beach cruiser bikes in the garage for riding around the neighborhood, EV plugin to charge our car, citrus trees in the backyard and a juicer in the kitchen. We look forward to returning next time we're in the desert.
