Fabulous 4 bedroom 3 bath Villa with private Pool , Golf nearby

Overall a great stay. Great location and enough space for everyone. The place has some cosmetic flaws but that’s to be expected. Would recommend and was a good price. We loved the pool. The garage was very warm to use the pool table and games.

Had to wait past check in time due to cleaning service not being finished. Overall was pretty dirty (surfaces were not clean). No extra garbage bags or toilet paper in the house, contacted the host, but received no response. The pool was so dirty it was unusable. Contacted the host about the pool, was told it would be taken care of, chemicals were added but the bottom of the pool stayed filthy for the entire stay. The garage had a pool table and other games but was not air conditioned, and there was a sign not to open the door so it was too hot to be able to use. Last day of the stay a cockroach was found in the bathroom, contacted the host and got no reply. Spent 3 hours going through everything single thing we brought to make sure we didn’t get cockroaches from the house in our stuff. The location was decent, close to all the attractions. The house is big and works well for a family. Would have been great if it was cleaner and if the host communicated better.

The home was clean very family friendly. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice pool. The houses are very close together in the neighborhood but neighbors were friendly waving hello or good morning. I would definitely stay again

The house could be magnificent, but it has a huge number of small flaws... it really needs a good spruce-up. There was no water or ice in the fridge.The pool was supposed to be cleaned every Friday, but we never saw anyone in three weeks... on top of that, the terrace surrounding the pool is dirty.

Great living space and pet friendly. Property manager is great to work with and very responsive! AThe location is great! Close to Disney, shopping, grocery stores, golf, restaurants and a wonderful walking trail not far. Golf and pickleball nearby.You definitely need a vehicle to get most everywhere even close places.Pool is clean and gets good early day to late afternoon sun. Great..! Was a good location. 1 mile from Interstate 4. Easy to get to. House was very nice. Host responded great when we had a problem and had it fixed in no time. Master bed is a little worn. It is hilly but I still slept good. Just no one will sleep in the middle of the bed. I would stay here again. The price was very good! So I hate posting about the bed because they make it affordable for you to enjoy your vacation.

Great location! House was a good size for everyone to spread out. Only thing I would suggest is updating the mattresses, they are past their prime! Overall good stay!

The host was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We had a group of 9 and the house was perfect for us. We will definitely book again!!

This property was clean, host was responsive (we had to reach out to get the pool heated). We had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again.

My family and I (4 adults & 4 children) had a wonderful time. The reasons for the 5 stars are communication was wonderful, price was wonderful for the large house with a pool which the kids absolutely loved, we felt safe and secure there, house was very clean with comfortable beds. It was close to Legoland (19 miles and about 25 minutes with traffic). There were 2 issues but they didn't make us not have a great stay. The amount of hot water was not enough for more than 1 shower and there was some nasty ,stinky cigarette butts in the garbage disposal (I made the owner aware of that right away and they thanked me for telling them) We would stay again

Love the place beautiful comfortable so much space love it only thing was broken crack stove.

House is beautiful, but we didn’t plan well enough we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or the pool table or any game in the house, we practically just be in the house to sleep. Next time we will rent it for more days, and plan our trip better.

Close to Orlando parks and other conveniences. Nice house with lots of space. Pool and patio are great - note: there is no handrail to get in and out of the pool. Easy and quick communication with the property manager, who addressed our requests very timely. My elderly mother and I stayed for the month of February, with different family members coming to visit throughout our stay. Everyone enjoyed the place.

Overall it was a great stay. The location was great !

The property was nice and clean. Accessible to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet.
