Fabulous 3,065 Sq Ft Home is Located on the southern shores of Lake Marion

Contacted the Property Manager, who contacted the owner. The owner assisted in resolving a freezer/refrigerator cooling problem on Saturday until the unit was repaired on Monday, while we were out. The property was in good shape. It needed two things: more clothes hangers and more toilet paper. We had a very calm and enjoyable stay with two Full bathrooms on one floor and two half bathrooms, one off the laundry room and one by the attic space. They had games for the children in the attic bedroom. We were particularly impressed with the comfort of all the beds and the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the ceiling fans in each bedroom and on the screened and unscreened back porches, as well as the ample seating throughout the house. We had a great stay!

We had a good fishing trip with family & friends. The house was nice & clean. The dock was in good shape and had plenty of room for boats. The only issues were we couldn't find the 3rd full bath with the tub. Kind of a big deal with 2 toddlers. Also the neighbor took it upon herself to police how we parked. She was nice and offered us her driveway but came over 3 times and said she took pictures to send the owner. If there was an issue i'd expect the property manager to reach out.

Our family gathered for our annual lake trip and had a wonderful time! The back porch was a HUGE hit and I fell in love with sitting on the dock before everyone else got up. The backyard was well shaded, which was perfect for our Family Olympics. We had plenty of room for everyone and plan to return in the future!

This home was beautifully kept, quiet and enjoyable. We had zero issues, the host was very open and communicative and accommodating.

For my Christmas present, my daughter gave me a day's fishing trip with a guide. We took my boat so we could fish on the other days of our stay. My wife and my best friend spent 4 days with me on this beautiful cove with our daughter and grandson visiting and my wife's sister visiting. Except for one day of rain, we had a terrific stay. The house was in a lovely cove and met all our needs. The dock was perfect for our boat. We would highly recommend Kyle Austin for a fishing guide in this area. Wonderful day on the water.

The house was Amazing! We were in a quiet neighborhood and on Lakefront Property. The house was equipped with every necessity that was needed. Pots,pans, extra towels, Shampoo and Everything that was needed. It felt like home. Scott Clark texted me to ensure all my needs were met. Yes! I will be back and I'll be using this Beautiful House.

The home is a nice sized home with plenty of area to spread out for large party groups. The host communicated well pre trip. There was an issue with the smoke detector that was communicated to host but there was no response. The home had not been clean very well, but I did not communicate this during my stay, I just took care of the issues myself as everyone was arriving and it needed to be handled. I would recommend the property. I sent a list of my concerns to the Host which has been forwarded to the property owner. Hopefully they will be handled before future guest visit.
