Awesome family vacation in a home that had everything we needed. The house was in a great location, walkable to town for coffee and the market. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by the entire family. Will definitely look to rent this home again.

Family trip to Cape Cod. Lovely house on great street and wonderful town of Barnstable-one of the greatest little towns in all of the Cape.

The house was lovely, but needed a Little love in certain areas. The locks on the bathroom doors were useless. Some of the doors needed to have a real cleaning or fresh paint. The pots and pans needed to be gone thru and some tossed due to the teflon being scratched. The washer and dryer were an issue during the week but the owner made that right by giving us a credit. There were several things missing that we were told were there. Beach chairs and towels. Which showed up later in the week. The pool was the plus and well maintained but the furniture around the pool also needed some up grading. All and all it was fine but for the money that was paid for the week it was lacking.

We had an incredible vacation at your home in Barnstable! The location was perfect for keeping three boys under the age of eight occupied. Walks along Main Street, to the beach to watch the sunset, to the saltwater marsh at the end of the street were enjoyed by all. The home provided plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or gather for games, puzzle making, etc. Having an infant under the age of one meant that most of our meals were cooked and eaten at the house. The kitchen provided all the comforts of home. The saltwater pool was the icing on the cake! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everyone is looking forward to next year’s vacation.

Beautiful house, grounds & pool. Loved walking down to the salt marsh and little beach as well as walking into the village. Barnstable Market is great, very handy. Enjoyed the area very much and the house was roomy enough for three families. I wish there was a little more specific detail on what was in the house. We all brought coffee grinders when there was one in the kitchen, We didn't know there were some pool toys or beach towels.

Beautiful home for family gathering with our children and parents. Enjoyed walking to downtown Barnstable and the bay. Hoping to return. Will bring bike rack next year as it was a distance to the bike trails.
