Amazing house and wonderful hosts!! We came for our nephew’s graduation but it was a quick trip so we were sad we didn’t get to enjoy the home for more than 1.5 days. Whenever we’re back in Colorado Springs we will definitely try to stay here again.

Our stay was amazing, the house and pictures were as described and it was in a really great area near Colorado Springs. Sarah and Caleb were excellent hosts and super responsive to any message. We ended up extending our stay and they were super accommodating. Any time we had a comment or a question we would get a response almost instantly and they went above and beyond having homemade cookies for us and coming over to the house to check on the hot tub when we had a question. We would definitely stay there again and it was one of our favorite houses and experiences renting.

Perfect place to stay for our spring break trip. The house has all amenities you can think of. Very clean and plenty of space. Hot tub was a nice treat! The kids enjoyed playing basketball as well! Excellent host, great communication.We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I couldn’t have been more thrilled with our stay at Columbine Cottage! The property was well kept, the rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! This host thought of everything a tenant could need and ensured it was available in the home. The host was always responsive and provided amazing recommendations for locals eats and beautiful hikes. This was a sentimental trip for me and the host made our trip peaceful and seamless! Will definitely stay at this property on a future trip! I’m so grateful for the care and attention from Sarah!

This house was so cute and brimming with natural light, even though sunset seems early this time of year. The kitchen was very well equipped. And we loved the fact that they had some spices in the cabinet! We also loved the teas and espresso each morning. I also really liked all the decor, including the lovely paintings throughout.Thank you for a beautiful, tranquil place to relax and enjoy some down time.

This home provides a very relaxing, inviting, and beautiful environment for a wonderful getaway! We thoroughly loved staying our 4 nights here. The house is close to so many things to do: hiking, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open space, Pikes Peak, great restaurants, and a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance.

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever rented. Five star rating on check in, cleanliness, appeal, charm, comfort, location, hospitality. It has everything you will need and then some. I’m picky, and this place passed with flying colors. Stop looking and book it.

This property was exactly as listed! Very comfortable beds and home. Wonderful location to get to all of our desired spots. We loved the downstairs area for games and family hangout time! Stocked so incredibly well- we did not go without. The host is so accommodating and kind and helped us have the best time in Colorado Springs! Great views too! We had the most wonderful stay! The pictures don't do this charming home justice, it has so much character and was decorated very nicely. It was spotless when we arrived and we had fresh cookies waiting for us! Such a nice treat! The hot tub was amazing, the recliners were perfect for cozying up with a book (or for watching football!) and the beds were so comfortable!! We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was fantastic for our daily adventures to Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods, and the Air Force Academy. The hosts were extremely responsive! Really this was one of the best experiences we've had at a rental and we have stayed at a lot of VRBOs. I would absolutely stay here again and would rate it above 5 stars if I could!!

Quite possibly the nicest rental in town. Everything was spectacular. Sarah was so accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. The house was super clean, and had anything we could possibly have needed. We used the hot tub and everything about this rental helped to make it a very peaceful and relaxing weekend. Will be booking again for sure.

Beautifully kept home and yard. The home is an outstanding clean home with immaculate yard. We had 2 children under 3 and the home owners have great amenities for younger kids. High chair, kid utensils, plates, etc., pack n play, mattress with organic sheets, double stroller.The home is in a great location and very nice neighborhood. This is our second stay at this property and would not hesitate to go back again.

This property is perfect……very well and cleverly appointed! Property has lots of special touches, including the owner’s paintings of Colorado landscapes, comfortable beds/bedding and a fully-loaded tv to watch. Also, everything you need to know while staying there is meticulously laid out for you………..idiot-proofed to perfection!

This was our first experience booking a rental house for a family vacation. We were looking for a house that was clean, conveniently located to activities, and included every day household items for use. This house had all three and then some! The host was extremely helpful and made the booking and our stay so easy and enjoyable. Our family cannot say enough about our very positive experience with this rental and host. You will not be disappointed!

It was beyond expectation. Before the trip they provided itinerary recommendations which we enthusiastically followed. They allowed us to check in early after an unexpected travel change. The cottage was extremely comfortable and gave us a great sanctuary to rest; And the neighborhood is quiet. There were no problems at all. We had the best stay at the Columbine Cottage! The place was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Sara was an amazing host—she gave us fantastic recommendations for hiking, fishing, and local restaurants.The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept like babies every night after a day exploring the mountains and relaxing in the hot tub. One of my favorite moments was sipping coffee on the front porch, soaking in the peaceful mountain views.We couldn’t have found a better place or a more thoughtful host. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect for our family! Not only the house and backyard, but Sarah had a stroller and games for our grandkids! Homemade baked cookies for our arrival. If you are going to be in Colorado Springs then you will be lucky to stay in this fabulous home with such a wonderful host!

Everything we needed and more was thought of and provided. We were in for Colorado College graduation and it was perfect. Our host was wonderful, personable and accommodating. The place was so cute and clean. It felt like home, and we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Springs.

We loved our quick time at this cute house. Great access to everything we wanted and awesome views. Beds were comfy, house/kitchen was well stocked! We will for sure stay here next time we are through town!

We will definitely be staying here again. There is so much care and thoughtfulness put into this home. Fresh flowers, bags for the grocery store, flip flops, extra towels and any amenities you might need. My mom still talks about how much she loved the sheets. The only thing we would change would be the upstairs bathroom shower and toilet are a little close together. Not uncommon in older homes. We used the shower downstairs because we are all taller and it seemed to be taller. Not that this would keep us from renting again. The location was perfect. So much love and care shows in this rental. The owners were extremely helpful and gave us great advice when asked.

The cottage was charming from the beginning. The process from booking to leaving was extremely easy and the hosts were very attentive in all details. Easy instructions on entering the cottage were provided prior to arrival, and a couple of quick text messages to us just to make sure all was ok made us feel welcomed and not overburdened. The rooms were perfect for our 4 people and the amenities were perfect. We did not have to worry about toiletries, paper towels, napkins or anything else. All was waiting and provided for us. The rooms were clean and cute. We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone with a family. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to Colorado Springs.

This is a wonderful property with AMAZING owners! They go out of their way to make your stay in Colorado Springs perfect! The check-in and checkout process is so easy! The house is immaculate, the rooms are spacious and cozy, the fireplace is great and easy to use, the beds and bedding are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with a great size refrigerator. We loved the outdoor area, fire pit and hot tub. The location is in a perfect spot, short drive to everything-hiking, pikes peak, manitou springs, Garden of the Gods, etc and great restaurants. Walking distance to coffee shops and ice cream. I loved all of their thoughtful and very detailed recommendations for hiking, things to do and good restaurants. This is by far one of the best properties we have ever rented. It is evident that they take great pride in what they do, and making us all feel very special and at home! Highly recommend!

Very comfy and cozy home. We were greeted with a fresh tray of homemade cookies upon entry, a binder full of all of the local info for shopping, eating out, and things to do. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and will stay again on next trip to Colorado Springs

We planned a Spring Break getaway with our older kids to Colorado Springs and chose this property for our stay. I cant say enough nice things. It is a darling home and feels like a home away from home. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a warm welcome. The owner was just a text away, but it is such a well appointed home we didn't need a thing. Close to everything. Highly recommend this property.

Our family of 4 stayed here last week for several nights over a kids' school break and...WOW. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was by far the best. The cottage was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we could have needed. It was very well-stocked with linens/pillows/blankets, paper products, cleaning supplies, every kitchen appliance or utensil you might need, spices and coffee, flip-flips and towels for the hot tub, cornhole, basketballs and footballs, the list goes on and on. The freshly baked cookies waiting for us were an added bonus! The owner provided all the info we would need and were super responsive with the one question that we had about using the hot tub. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Right when we walked into the house it felt like a home. There was holiday decorations up and freshly baked cookies made. The location was great, rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Sarah went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I cannot recommend this property enough. Stayed for a couple nights to explore the area. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Had a question that she was very quick to respond to and assist with. In terms of short term rentals - it was immaculate. Also, I loved that we did not walk in to find a laundry list of unnecessary rules written down everywhere. A very simple binder with important information and local recommendations next to excellent cookies! The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. The beds are comfy and have plush linens and pillows. Would definitely rent again without hesitation.

Three long friends attended the Rocky Mountain Womens' Film Festival and stayed in this lovely home. From the luxurious bedding and a kitchen stocked to perfection, to the beautiful design touches complete with original art, our group was in heaven. We even decided to stay at home 2 of the 3 nights of our visit. The hosts were wonderful with their communications and even provided PDF's with hiking/activities, favorite restaurants etc. I have rented many many houses on VRBO and this was hands down the best.

We attend the Firefighter Memorial every year since 2005 & this is the 1st time we stayed in a VRBO instead of a hotel. Sarah was very responsive to any and all questions and helped us quickly resolve a change to our itinerary. The house is in a wonderful location & they have done an excellent job in their renovation of the property. She even made us homemade cookies! Highly recommend if you are visiting the Springs!

This home is better than any hotel stay. Super comfortable beds, quality linens, large rooms. Kitchen well equipped and has all the extras you need. Beautifully maintained home close to everything.
