What a welcoming home! The rooms are large and the home is equipped with everything you neeed. Lovely walking paths and close to G-burg but still in the country. We'd stay there again.

This was our second year stay for the Gettysburg Annual Remembrance Weekend events. This fully equipped home was the perfect host for our weekend plans. Comfort, space and fully equipped for all our needs.

This property is such a steal! If you're visiting Gettysburg, this place is for you! Huge property with back porch for hanging out at night, watching the fireflies. Just a short 5 minute drive to town, this place is perfect;

We had a wonderful stay at Michele’s house in Gettysburg. The beds were super comfortable and there were several nice gathering spots in the house and out back for our extended family. It worked very well for my father-in-law with limited mobility since it was all on one floor and had a walk in shower with a grab bar. Highly recommended!

After reading reviews we were expecting just a normal nice house we pulled in we first thought we were in the wrong place because let me tell you these reviews have not done this house justice. Everybody had their own space nobody got upset with each other if you have kids you could probably lose them in this place which could be a good thing or about then I suppose. Michelle was great I can't say enough about how clean and just beautiful this house was. This is our new home away from home

I was looking for a place that would accommodate my 89 year old mom with limited mobility, and her two sisters, as well as my brother for a brief getaway. The one level house with large windows and beautiful grounds surrounding it was perfect. We didn’t know how much we’d get out, so having beautiful surroundings made up for that! Michele couldn’t have been more accommodating! We will certainly be back!

The house was wonderful and so beautiful! We had my husbands family here for a college graduation and it was perfect! There was anything you needed in the kitchen, perfect for a large family, and they were so accommodating when we took a red eye and wanted to be able to check in a little early to sleep! Would stay here anything we come back to Gettysburg!!

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless, and fully as described in the listing! Amenities were all provided, bedding was comfortable, and furniture was perfectly arranged. We had a gathering for our son and several of his fellow graduates, brothers, girlfriends, and their families (which we communicated to the owners to make sure they knew). There isn't a better spot in all of Gburg to have done something like this. The gorgeous yard and setting, the giant patio, the double living rooms - graduates, parents, grands, and siblings all gathered and chatted happily. Everyone raved about the home, which ultimately played a huge role in the success of our weekend. We will always remember our stay here!

An awesome location and property for friends/family/groups to stay while taking in the history of Gettysburg. Michele was a great host so was very helpful with any questions we had while we were there! Highly recommend this house.

We and several family members came to Gettysburg to celebrate my Dad's 93rd birthday. We wanted to host the party, so needed a good-size private facility where we could cook for the guests. Further, several guests were from out-of-town and we wanted to provide their lodging in a way that we could all be together as a family. The VRBO property provided all that we needed - lodging for 8 different people at different times as they came and went, then the facilities to conveniently host a party for 18 people. The indoor and outdoor areas were fantastic in that both areas could handle 18 people so for good weather we could go outside, but if it was lousy, we could be inside just as easily. All in all, it checked all the boxes and then some! Thanks to the owners for making sure the property was in tip-top condition for us to waltz in and have a ball!

This is a gorgeous, spacious home within minutes of downtown Gettysburg. It was a great location where we could come back after our day of adventure and not feel like we would be tripping over each other. If I am ever in Gettysburg again, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay experience

house was amazing. Some places try to make the space seem larger than it is. This home was just the opposite. It was beautiful.

As President of the Civil War Impressionist Association (CWIA), I rented this property for me and a couple other members for the annual Remembrance Day weekend activities. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this the choice of this property was spectacular. Nestled in an attractive location next to “first day” battlefield grounds, this luxurious rental house offered a perfect blend of comfort, space, furnishings, and amenities… the property exceed expectation on all fronts! Luxurious and relaxing overnight rest, check… short and easy journey to historic sites and in-town activities, check… everything needed for our small group’s Saturday evening social gathering, check. Easy Vrbo booking, timely and welcoming communications with property host, easy site check-in/out… all excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a truly exceptional stay to visit Gettysburg attractions, or just looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway place!

This home is absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 8 in town for Gettysburg College events and we had a wonderful time. Hosts were amazing to work with, very communicative and responsive, and the house is terrific for a group and for entertaining. Exceptionally peaceful and relaxing. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure.

Great house all on one level. Plenty of room for 4 of us, each needing our “own space”

We stayed for a weekend and wish we stayed longer! Its super close to town and historic monuments. The house was in a nice quiet location and had everything we needed.

Would have liked a coffee maker instead of just a one cup Keurig. Also no dust pan to go with broom, and left sink in bathroom is partially cloged. House was very nicely decorated. Enjoyed one-floor convenience

What an awesome home, location and experience! Our family reunion during Gettysburg College Homecoming exceeded all expectations. Our stay was perfect and this home provided the perfect location to all our activities at the college. We had most of our meals here in the fully equipped kitchen, danced the night away in the spacious rooms and outdoor patio and slept hard on the comfortable beds. Just a perfect weekend!! Perfect for our needs! Michelle was very helpful and responsive. The little ones had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for them to explore/roam/play. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The large kitchen allowed for multiple people during meal preps. The two sitting rooms were used to get some space and/or privacy. We would rent this space again for a future trip.
