This was an amazing house for a weekend with friends!!! The open layout, deck, and fire pit were PERFECT for hanging out. The house was very clean and nice, well stocked, and we loved the cool interior decor. Such a fun place to stay! The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We only wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back!

Our annual family vacation at Missy’s place was our best yet. The house is very welcoming. The well equipped kitchen was open to the living and eating areas with a great view of the property. The house is on a very private piece of land with a fabulous pool. We had beautiful weather and spent much of our time swimming. Missy is a great host. She was very responsive to our messages and requests. Thank you Missy for a memorable getaway.

The house was great! A very comfortable fit for 7 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean!

a group of seven of us stayed at missy's property for my sister's bachelorette. the house is beautiful, set back from the road and very private. we spent most of our time at the house, floating in the pool or enjoying a meal around the table together. close to both saugerties and woodstock, we were able to order pizza and go out to dinner with ease. all of the instructions and recommendations missy left us were clear and very helpful. i would highly recommend missy's property for a weekend away, whether you are looking to relax or explore the area.

Missy was a fantastic communicator from the beginning. Her place was perfect for two families of four. The house is well kept and the perfect distance from town, hiking, Opus 40 and much more. Highly recommend.

House was very clean, surprisingly well stocked with basic and not so basic foods, spices, etc. A beautiful property and welcoming interior.

The property was beautiful, impeccably clean, and the hosts were lovely to work with. The only downfall is that there was no washer and dryer, and as a family of 4 with small children, that was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, we had a great experience and would recommend.

We stayed at Missy's property as two families in July. She's a great communicator both leading up to the stay and while we were there. We enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed at the home. The listing was accurate and the location ideal between Woodstock and Saugerties.

This was our second time staying at Missy’s home and it was just as great as the first. We had ideal summer weather the first two days - went hiking on two beautiful trails nearby, grilled and lounged by the pool. The third day was cloudy and a bit rainy, so we took a short drive to Kingston where we went antiquing, shopping and ate out. We love the layout of the house, the comfy beds and backyard. Communicating with Missy is seamless. Look forward to returning!

House is good. Bugs galore outside so hanging out out there was not an option. A/C broke, no communication from the owner after one email telling me there was a thermostat in living room. Like I’m an idiot. Seven people had to get ready for a cocktail party on Friday and a wedding on Saturday with no air. Saturday 6/22 was the hottest day so far this year in New York BTW.
