Welcome to our Tuscan-style retreat in the Rio Grande North Valley, just one mile from Old Town and the Sawmill District. This custom home blends classic charm with modern comfort, offering warm finishes, arched details, and inviting living spaces for gathering or relaxing. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms: a king, two twins, and a queen near the laundry. Downstairs features a private queen room and a folding couch by the fireplace. Location: this home is nestled in the perfect location – 2 minutes away from the historic Old Town, the Sawmill district, and a host of other restaurants/ shops/ bars. About 10 miles (13 minutes) from the Balloon Fiesta Park, 5 minutes away from the newly renovated Tingly Beach, 9 minutes from the Albuquerque uptown plaza, 7 minutes away from UNM, etc. This house is centrally located and has extremely easy and fast access to I-40, making it perfect to get where you need to go in a hurry.

A guest access code will be provided. Parking is permitted in the garage and in the driveway, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). 1 garage door opener is provided.

About the home: the home is very spacious and boasts 2,677 SQFT of living space. Downstairs there are massive 12’ vaulted ceilings with a ton of recessed lighting. Throughout the common areas there is absolutely BEAUTIFUL venetian plaster (also known as diamond plaster) with a high gloss finish. The downstairs area also contains custom travertine flooring.
Downstairs you’ll find a stunning gourmet kitchen that includes a beautiful island, granite countertops, a gas cooktop, and spectacular range hood. The kitchen comes equipped with impressive under cabinet and above cabinet lighting. It’s also stocked with cookware and cutlery for your cooking needs.
Downstairs you’ll find two separate living spaces, one that includes a brand new 65” UHD 4k QLED TV with sound-bar. The other includes a stunning gas fireplace that turns on with a flip of a switch which is accompanied by beautiful armchairs which make a perfect area to relax.
There is also a dining area with a beautiful rustic/ reclaimed wood table that seats (8).
Lastly, there is an office/ bedroom that is complete with a couch/ full sized futon, desk, and office chair, please note this is considered the 4th bedroom.
From there you’ll see the amazing, curved staircase with fully custom rubbed/ antique brass finish wrought iron stair rails. Once you reach the top of the stairs you’ll arrive in the overly spacious loft. The loft contains a vast amount of windows with breathtaking views of the Sandia mountains. The loft also contains a desk w/ chair and additional seating, perfect for socializing.
Moving along, there are three bedrooms upstairs. The master suite (located on one side of the house), and two additional bedrooms (located on the other side of the house). The master contains a king size bed, one of the bedrooms has two twin beds, and the other a queen bed. All of the bedrooms contain brand new 4k smart TVs that you can link up with you Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and other services. The bathrooms contain amazing stone & tile work, cabinetry, and lighting.
There is also a very nice laundry room flanked with custom cabinetry that is perfect for your laundry needs.
Lastly, this home has 600Mbps internet service and a mesh WiFi system throughout the house, which ensures excellent signal throughout. Also, this home has REFRIDGERATED central air, not swamp cooler like many other homes in Albuquerque. It’s also a zoned system with two smart thermostats that control different areas of the house. The home also includes a (2) car garage to protect your vehicles.

Conveniently located just a mile from Old Town, you can easily explore the area on foot or use public transportation. For day trips, highways and major routes are within easy reach.

    This house lived up to expectations from the pictures and was so big and beautiful! The property manager was incredibly responsive when I contacted them which was really appreciated. The location was perfect - really close to the freeway and quick to get to old town. I was able to run a mile to the Rio Grande and the neighborhood felt very safe. Having the washer/dryer upstairs near the bedrooms was super convenient and the showers were stocked with soap/shampoo/conditioner. It would have been nice to have ziploc bags or storage containers for leftovers but there was aluminum foil and saran wrap which worked as well. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and seasoning as well! The A/C worked great - perhaps a little too well for the downstairs so make sure to bring a jacket if you run cold like I did. The thermostat downstairs controls the upstairs bedrooms so make sure to set it properly before you go to sleep as the master bedroom runs a little warm. Overall, such a great stay!

    We stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved the property. The location of the home was very convenient; just a few minutes from Old Town and access to I 40. The home is luxurious and well represented in the photos on the site. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts Evan & Derrick are amazing. Communication with them was excellent. They gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants that were very helpful. They immediately dealt with a minor housekeeping issue and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. There is plenty of room to spread out and this is a great property for families. Being able to park inside the garage is a nice benefit. Of note, the 4th bedroom is on the main level and only has a half bath. This is not an issue unless you can not climb stairs.We will absolutely stay here again when in the area. Thanks Evan and Derrick. Great job!

    An excellent property with a few minor problems. The fire alarm went of repeatedly for long periods. We finally figured out the problem just before we left Saturday morning, a defective fire alarm in the master bedroom. The house was large and , in most repects terrific. The fire alarm was a problem. Also the television in the living room did not function but we really did not care.

    I booked this place for my friends and family for my wedding that took place in town! The house was more than I was expecting! As in HUGE. I loved the property. My favorite area is the loft! If you are looking for a nice place to book for a weekend getaway this is your place!
