We loved staying at the Mai Tide house. The house was beautiful, clean, and stocked with all the needed essentials for a weekend trip. We loved having the golf cart for short rides to the beach that was directly across the street. Thank you so much for hosting us. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!! Additionally, customer service is amazing!! I love how quick they were to respond to my one questions.

Took a recent girls trip to 30A and stayed at Mai Tide. We loved the location as it is not congested like some areas but very convenient to get to great beach, shopping and restaurants. Can easily walk ot take golf cart to beach and restaurants. The house was great. It was very roomy and light and we all had our own bedrooms! Would definitely return to this area and home!! Also has a great pool in the neighborhood and never had to wait for chairs!

Mai Tide was the perfect spot for my family. Located right by our favorite restaurants and walking distance to Rosemary Beach town square! The neighborhood is quaint and has the perfect pool for laying and swimming! We will definitely be back :) thanks Mai Tide!

We had a great stay at Coastal Dreamin's Mai Tide house. The kids nook under the stairs was a huge hit, and we made use of the grill downstairs too! The neighborhood was lovely, and the community pool was so nice and just around the corner. We spent most of our days at Inlet Beach. The golf cart was a huge hit, especially with the kids, and it was nice to not have sandy and wet kiddos in the rental car. We took the golf cart across the Orange St. crossing to get to the beach, as well as to a few restaurants nearby. Even though you can't take it through Rosemary or park there, we did drive it down 30A (driving through is allowed) for some views!

Had a wonderful time at Mai Tide! We rented home for a week last June and would definitely stay there again! Easy to walk beach, beds were very comfortable too! Easy bike ride or golf cart to restaurants and shopping. Neighborhood pool was great for our kids too!

Our family of 10 stayed at this house over the July 4th Holiday. I must say we were totally impressed with this house. It had everything we needed and the golf cart is a game changer. We took the golf cart everywhere. About 5 minutes to the beach and about 2 minutes to the huge community pool. Everything in the house is basically new and very clean. Plenty of room in the house for 10 and the lower porch was a great place to spend evenings grilling out. My parents are older so they stayed in the first-floor queen master so they did not have to use the steps. You are in the middle of everything with Rosemary Beach so close, but the neighborhood was very quiet so a great place to relax. You won't be disappointed with this house. We will definitely return!

One of the highlights for families is the dedicated kids bunk bedroom, which adds a playful and delightful element to the property. The youngsters in our group absolutely loved having their own space, making bedtime a breeze. The heart of this beach house is undoubtedly the beautiful gourmet kitchen. Well-equipped with modern appliances and stylishly designed, it became the central hub for our culinary adventures. Cooking up a storm was a pleasure in this space, and the open layout ensured that nobody felt left out of the fun. It was not lacking anything we needed to cook some meals at home! I loved the large family room for comfortable group gatherings, movie nights, and conversations over morning coffee. The beachy and bright decor and ample seating make it an inviting space to unwind after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The lower deck is a fantastic feature for those who enjoy outdoor living. We spent many evenings grilling and and talking under the twinkle lights. The inclusion of a 6-seater golf cart is a game-changer. It effortlessly transported us to the nearby community pool in just a 2-minute drive—an absolute paradise for both kids and adults. The crystal-clear waters and well-maintained surroundings added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. The house is also so close to some AMAZING restaurants and shops. I couldn't have found a better rental location. Access to the beach is a breeze, with the golf cart making the 4-minute ride a fun experience. We appreciated the convenience of having this mode of transportation readily available, allowing us to maximize our beach time without any hassle.
