this house is lovely inside and out the only problem is parking if you have a large truck you won't fit and there are a lot of stair's. The walk from the tight parking behind the house is all up hill plus 3 set's of stair just to reach the main floor of the house. Definitely a home for the younger crowd. If you can handle lots of stairs and up hill walks from your compact car this house is lovely with wonderful view from all levels and a huge kitchen and the down stairs game room is a kids dream room

Seascape is a beautiful home that’s warmly decorated. Plenty of amenities just bring your groceries and settle in! The ocean views from the west and north windows is spectacular. A short comfortable walk to the beach was easy even for my 83 year old Auntie. Absolutely a beautiful area with many sightseeing options. Amanda, our host was wonderful and responsive. Overall a very nice property and stay for our small family reunion.

House is in a great location for going to the dunes, to town, and to the fun sites in the area. The views are beautiful! The kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of seating for dining. Plenty of comfortable beds for all! We had 10 adults, 2 kids and 2 toddlers in our party. There is plenty of seating in the living room, but the couches are extremely worn - I bought blankets and covered them for the week. Parking is great for several cars, but REALLY tight for a trailer - unless it’s small. We had two trailers for our razors. One barely fit and the other we had to find parking off property. Neighbors weren’t happy when we had to pull into their driveway to turn around in while pulling the trailer in and out - I can’t say that I blame them! We did have a great week! :-)

My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. Beautiful views of the ocean and plenty of room for rainy coast days as well. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Very large property so plenty of room for the 10 of us. Most beds have firm/plush mattresses which were very comfortable. The loft beds were very soft and bouncy but somehow were still comfortable and everyone slept well. Fantastic view and very short walk to beach. Lots of steps to front door which makes taking all your bags in very tiring. The deck is off the lower floor, not connected to the main floor so using the grill was a bit of a trek down the stairs and through the games room. Overall though it was an excellent choice for a large group and we all had a great time.
