Experience Serenity on Tybee Island! One of the finest homes on Tybee!!!

House is huge, on a walkable island to bars and the beach. The kitchen is massive to host plenty of people (we even hired a private chef!). Bathroom attached to every room is a plus. Plenty of beds!

Everything worked out perfectly. The house was perfect for a large family. We especially loved the large table in the kitchen which accommodated the whole family for dinner and games. We all enjoyed our visit to Tybee.Johnathon was a perfect host and answered all our questions at the beginning of our visit.

Our Girl Scout group had an excellent stay here while visiting Tybee and Savannah. The layout is great for large friend and family groups. Some favorite features were the large kitchen with plenty of equipment for cooking together, walking distance to most of our Tybee activities, and an awesome view of the lighthouse. Highly recommend!

Incredible trip, Incredible property

The location was perfect...5 minute short walk to beach. House suited our family of 16 very well. Allowed us to celebrate our 50th anniversary/family reunion. Allowed us to have great seperation for teen space and adult space. Balcony off the kitchen/family room was also so wonderful for gatherings while still being close to family.

This is the second time we have used this property. It is great for large groups. We will look to use this property again.

Serenity on Tybee Island was a perfect place for our annual 5-couple friends getaway. The house was spacious, lovely, and very thoughtfully appointed and equipped. Jonathan has thought of everything!We stayed 4 nights and found plenty of time to relax and hang out and to explore the beautiful area. Serenity was just a short walk to the beach and great shells and sharks teeth, the lighthouse, cute shops, and a few fun restaurants/bars. It was also an easy drive to the rest of the island for dinner and an evening stroll on the beach and pier, as well as to Savannah for a day of exploration.

Great host and very nice house for the weekend!

Our group of 9 long time friends that have been together for 40 years stayed for a long weekend. Explored Tybee, easy Uber ride to tour Savannah, took in an Irish singer at the Tybee Post Theater and ended the weekend at Huc-a-Poos for dinner and drinks. The house was perfect for our group. The enormous living room and incredible kitchen were just what we needed for hanging out and cooking. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were so well planned out. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations for the location and the size of the house. It was clean, well stocked with towels both bath and beach. The only small criticism was the speed of the internet. But that was not crucial for our enjoyment of the weekend. I would highly recommend this house and host for a family(or two) or a large group of friends.

We stayed at this beautiful house for my son’s wedding weekend. All the groomsmen stayed with us and the house was perfect!! I would highly recommend!!

We wanted to have plenty of room for everybody. There was definitely plenty of room and each room having their own bathroom was awesome. The place was very clean very roomy very nice for entertaining and our family to get together. Ours was to have the space for our family to get together for a memorial for my dad. It ended up being the best place we could’ve chose. There were so many things that just reminded us of him and we were able to have a nice get together with our family. The living room is huge with the attached kitchen, so it was a perfect area for us to do the memorial for Dad . The area is beautiful. We definitely enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this home .

Our group of 8 ladies in a book club really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of this house. We all had comfortable and uncrowded accommodations and loved the kitchen, clearly built for multiple cooks! Great weather and so welcome in early February, perfect for beach walks. Not oceanfront but otherwise a great house!

This property Serenity was FANTASTIC! The home was well appointed with everything we could possibly want or need, right down to the spices and the sweet treats left in our private suites. Each bedroom has a full bath allowing for comfort and privacy for all. The location was perfectly centered and close to all local restaurants, clubs and activities. Very short trip into Savannah was an added bonus. Overall I would give Jonathan and his dream home a 100 stars out of 5! Thank you so much!

We were disappointed in the roof that should have been a beautiful hangout as per the advertisement. It was filthy, chairs broken and rusty and the grill was unusable due to the filth and garbage stuffed inside it. Otherwise it was a nice house with plenty of room. The elevator was a plus.

This property was more that what I expected. We had a group of 10 friends stay at this house together. The house is in wonderful location amazing gathering spaces and the kitchen was fantastic everything you needed. We literally had seven people in the kitchen at one time preparing meals and it did not seem cramped. The property is outdated but you didn't really even notice because it is a wonderful size and served our family of friends perfectly we will be back. .

Serenity is very nice and convenient to North Beach. When new, this property would have been fabulous. But now, it’s beginning to show its age. Had plenty of room for family of 15. A few items need to be fixed or replaced.

This is a great property- great location, great spaces, and an incredible kitchen! If you have a large group, this is a perfect location. Our group usually has between 10-15 old college buddies per year throughout the week. This location can readily support our largest expected attendance. The living space, the dining area, and the sleeping space all support this large group. The kitchen, especially, supports a large group- multiple sinks, prep spaces, ovens, refrigerators- amazing. Jonathan did a great job accommodating us as well. Thanks!
