Stayed May 23, 2026Property management and Owner do not care about the guests experience. At the onset of check-in-we are given the door code at 3:15 with the message if we use it before 4pm they will fine you. I called to verify once we were at the property, seeing no one was there. They were like 'No You can't use it yet' Pictures show a refreshed interior. They painted the areas in the photos. Pots, pans, kitchen accessories are not really useable. Pans are so warped no way you can cook anything. The pans actually left a metallic taste in the eggs. They furnished all other areas/accessories other than the couch- which was great, with yard sale items. Side table in living room was actually a folding outdoor patio item that fell apart when I set my yeti on it.Rat in the 'pool' which my husband didn't tell me until after we left and I asked him to help me write write a review. Beds - Rock hard. I love a firm bed, but the kids were even complaining. No broom, vacuum, or items to help tidy up No extra blankets. Dishwasher not installed properly so you can't Carport floods when it rains- not their fault, necessarily but we had to decide which towel to bring to wipe off mud off our feet when we get in the car. Found dirty clothes in cabinet, sheets had balls on it- but felt like sand in the bed. When I told management when checking out about a few things like the check-in message and just The check-in message says it all. They don't care about their guest experience.

Stayed Nov 17, 2025Property suited our needs; Jacuuzi tub and updated kitchen were nice. Location on the bike path, between the bay and ocean, was great. Property company could use improvement in communication. On day 2 of our 10 day stay we were informed pool needed maintenance and would be out of use for 3 days. We were compensated for the 3 day inconvenience. However, pool repair continued for the remainder of our stay. I called property company twice looking for updates but no information was shared. Having a crew of three on the property using loud equipment really took the relaxation out of the trip. Property company did not follow up or offer further compensation for loss of the pool:(

Stayed Oct 16, 2025The house was very clean and nice. However I had my 82 year old mother in law and my 75 year old aunt and the STEPS were very challenging. I had asked how many stairways were in the place and where were the bedrooms and was never told there were two flights of stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and one set of stairs to the first bedroom. The listing needs to explain there are no bedrooms on main level and 2 on the 3rd level. There are also no handrails on two of the stair cases.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The home was beautiful. Just a few issues. Nothing major. The outdoor grill was so rusted we couldn’t use it & planned to a few nights. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but not horrible. The outside outlet was broken to the master bedroom balcony. It was a short walk to the beach & the pool was nice to swim in after the beach or a late night swim. Overall it was a pleasant stay & would stay there again.

Stayed May 15, 2025We had a blast! The pool was amazing. Access to the beach and lagoon were close and convenient. The couch was sooo comfy, perfect for all of our friends to hangout and play cards. We may have started a new tradition!
