We were in Raleigh for a weekend as a family of 4. We were very comfortable in this home! It's a great location, easy to get around. Groceries/gas etc super close. Lots of thoughtful touches provided by the host. And the shower has the best water pressure of all time! :) Would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Poor communication with host as they never responded, called checked in or anything. Was not the cleanest, found dirty things left under the bed, dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes and mildow,( other didshes in cabinet were ok) walls in rooms had marks that could just be wiped off, grills were not clean, the lights by fire pit dont work( no extention cord was left) They metioned having cold beverages but was not there. Last but not least, the neighbors 3 dogs were not respectful as they often came to the front barking as we were enetering and exiting and almost bit a child we traveled with :(

Very clean inside. Perfect house for a couple night stay. The neighborhood was a little run down but very quiet. I recommend this location.

This property was okay stay. Looks clean from a far, but it was dirty. Communication with the owner was good was very helpful.

We were able to stay and attend a basketball tournament at the Raleigh Convention Center It was a perfect location and perfect accommodations No issues at all would definitely recommend and use again

Upon first glance the property looked put together but once we stepped in the place was absolutely filthy. The sheets were dirty. Pillows were dirty and turned over to the clean side. Bed had urine stains all over it. There was dirty napkins with pet feces under the bed. There was food still in the airfryer. Personals in the dryer. Hair all over the shower walls and tub. The dining table was sticky and the benches had stains all over them. There was spider webs in every corner. The walls were extremely dirty with stains and dirt everywhere. It’s as if they tried to disguise all of the dirt.We were so disgusted we couldn’t sleep there and finished our vacation at the Hampton inn midtown. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

the place was the perfect size for me and my group! Very spacious and roomy! Close to downtown and other fun things to do in Raleigh. Randy communicated great and quick! Overall great place!
