Experience Madeira Beach living near top attractions

I waited to leave a review, to let the dust settle and decided other travelers should know what theyre getting into with this place. The host was responsive, but offered no real solutions to any of our issues. The description of the listing is completely inaccurate. There is no hot tub, the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom are in the remodeled garage, only accessible by a faulty elevator or outside stairs. The electrical in the place is faulty, lights were buzzing & flickering as was the AC. We ended up locked out twice because the kepyad also was finicky. To add insult to injury, the couch only sat two, was stained & hard. The host only supplied 6 towels for 5 guests staying an entire weekend, when asked I was told Amazon would deliver more. Just a very poorly managed property.

Great location and comfortable house!

Perfect location and space for our group. Our son came to visit and requested time at the beach during his trip. This property had all the space we needed and was very comfortable. Beach access was right across the street and John's pass was an easy walk down the street.

Place was in a fantastic location and met all of our needs. Clean with lots of space for all guests.

Great place! We had 9 of us arrive from various places and were looking forward to Eckerd Graduation. Upon arriving we were choosing rooms and realized the Futons that are twins are super small and really for children. There were no sheets. However, our host was amazing. We bought a blow up bed that we took home. The living room futon is for one adult but the other ones are small. She over nights quilts and reimbursed us for sheets. She was very responsive and kind. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked great. As well, even though there was a fun bar across the street with live music- the house was soundproof. There were a few touches that could be provided like sheet pan for oven but a skillet worked great to heat our mini quiches. I loved that detergent was there to wash the towels and a drip coffee maker so we didn’t have to buy keurig pods We loved sitting on the dock at night and even saw a dolphin or two right next to us! The walk to the beach was easy and there were chairs, toys and an umbrella in the garage.

We had a family trip to Florida and we're able to host a handful of extended family from the Treasure Island/Clearwater area at this amazing location.

We stayed here last year and everything was as expected. No issues at all. Can watch dolphins from the backyard. Walking distance to John’s pass. Everything was smooth. Will likely come back next yesr

We loved our stay in this property! The house had plenty of space both indoors and out - the back patio facing the water was perfect. The elevator is really nice to have as well for any guests with mobility issues. The location couldn’t be better - right behind John’s Pass and a short walk to the beach! You can easily spend a week here without a car - there are so many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The host is very kind and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!
