Luxury home in an ideal location in the town of Telluride, walking distance to the Gondola as well as the best restaurants and shops. Stunning views of San Sophia Ridge! Over 3,500 square ft with 5 BR and 4.5 bathroom home.

The home boasts two Master Suites with EnSuite Bathrooms on Top level, Fireplaces, and an outdoor front deck with yard. Basement has three more bedrooms - queen guest suite, double guest suite, and the town's best BUNK room that sleeps up to 8!

Guests have use of front entryway and porch grill ideal for multiple families renting the home.

The den is furnished with a built-in settee full of games, a large couch, and two swivel armchairs. The seating area has a flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace.

Just beyond the living room sits the kitchen with top of the line appliances, including a counter top induction cooktop and built in stove. There is an espresso maker, regular coffee maker, and a blender. The island has seating for six and dining table has plenty of seating for up to eight.

The top floor has two primary master suites at either end of the hall. Each suite has vaulted ceilings, lovely skylights, a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and door to a private patio with grand views. The king suite has an en suite bath with a soaking tub, dual vanity sinks, a glass shower, and a closet with washer/dryer. The queen suite has an en suite bathroom with a large glass steam shower and dual vanity sinks.

At the lower level of the home sit the remaining guest suites. Guests will find one with a queen beds and closet bunkbed (suitable for small child), and the other with a full size bed, each with a flat-screen TV. These suites are served by a bathroom with a glass shower just down the hall. The final suite is the ultimate bunk room, sleeping up to 8. This room features kitchenette with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. It also has a hallway bath with dual vanity sinks and a glass shower.

Guests will find a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on this floor.

Please note, this listing is only for the main home described above accessible from the Pacific Street entrance. The back house (536 1/2 W Pacific) is not included with this rental and maybe owner occupied.

The rental comes with 2 on street parking pass. No back alley or driveway parking is available.

    This is a very well appointed house designed with great taste. There was nothing lacking for our group of 5 adults and two grandchildren. We prefer this area of town and this block of West Pacific is delightful. Easy access to all of town and gondola and close to our favorite restaurant, Siam.Reserving and check in were seamless. Great communication with the owner and her representative. my only reservation in giving a glowing recommendation is I want there to be availability to stay again next year.A

    This is an amazing property that truly makes you feel at home in Telluride. The check in process was super smooth and the house came with everything you need and then some. We did not get a chance to use the sauna or cold plunge but they looked first quality. The house is in a great part of town close to both the gondola and also lift 7. The beds were extremely comfortable and the upstairs bedrooms had amazing views. We will definitely be back hopefully very soon.

    The layout was perfect for our two families. Location was great for the gondola for skiing each day and town at night. House was very well stocked. Charlotte was fantastic before our arrival, answering all of our questions quickly and accurately. We were very happy with our choice.

    We stayed while the property was under renovation so there was not a garage or any type of storage for skis/. I am excited to see what the addition will look like when it is complete. We had 4 couples and one single adult and had plenty of room. There is a bunk room with 8 beds so it would be perfect for a large family with a bunch of grandkids.

    We stayed at this property for Blues and Brews fest and it was perfect. Charlotte was great, super helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location with amazing views, the pictures don’t do it justice. We walked everywhere in town, the location was just what we were looking for. Can’t wait to get back!

    This home is beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home at the same time. The location is perfect - just steps away from river trail and short walk to town/gondola (just enough to have a little extra quiet). The host was accommodating and incredibly responsive. Really appreciated the option of added AC units given how unseasonably warm it was during our stay. Lovely welcome and snacks provided as well. Lots of special touches and just a lovely high quality home as well. Will definitely return soon!
