Welcome to Thorne Swift Lakehouse, an exclusive private home tucked in the woods of the famous Tunnel of Trees along scenic Lower Shore Drive, just 10 minutes from charming downtown Harbor Springs. This upscale estate offers 120 feet of Lake Michigan beach access, only a short stroll across the lane — the perfect setting for a beautiful and an unforgettable northern Michigan getaway.

Inside, a gourmet kitchen awaits with custom cabinetry, professional-grade appliances, and gleaming granite countertops. A spacious center island, cozy sitting area, and dining table overlooking the front porch create an inviting space for family meals and gatherings. This level also features a spacious living room, private office, and primary king ensuite bedroom.

On the entry level, guests are welcomed by a living area flanked by two junior ensuites and a convenient laundry room. One ensuite features two queen beds, while the second offers a queen bed and two bunk sets — ideal for families. The home accommodates up to 8 guests.

Just off the main living room, the covered porch invites relaxation with amazing views of Lake Michigan and comfortable Adirondack chairs, a plush porch couch perfect for reading or napping, and an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals. A private hot tub completes this serene outdoor retreat.

Guests can enjoy the sandy shoreline, complete with Adirondack chairs for sunbathing or watching the sunset. Take a peaceful stroll along the nature walk on the private land behind the home, featuring Adirondack chairs for quiet reflection. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor firepit with Adirondack seating — the perfect spot for stargazing or s'mores under the northern Michigan sky.

Whether you're seeking lakeside relaxation or easy access to Harbor Springs' shops, dining, and recreation, Thorne Swift Lakehouse offers an exceptional setting to experience the beauty, charm, and luxury of Lake Michigan living.
