We loved our stay here! The host was great and communicated throughout our stay. The kitchen and hot tub were excellent, along with very comfortable beds. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it was very clean when we arrived. We also love how quiet it was, but a short drive to Main Street Breckenridge.

This is one of the best places we've ever rented! It's a lovely cabin with beautiful views. Very spacious and well equipped. Hot tub is particularly nice. In a quiet neighborhood, close to Breck and Copper. We definitely plan to return!

The host was extremely welcoming and informative! They made my worries about getting the information about the home so easy. The home was nothing short of amazing. The location was so beautiful, the views were breathtaking! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and clean. Well furnished with all the things needed. The location was perfect.

I’ll start by saying this is a beautiful house with a nicely stocked kitchen in a beautiful location. That said, some of the pictures need to be updated and more instructions for the hot tub, grill and fire pit need to be provided. The dining chairs & living room furnishings are not as plush as those in the picture. The dining chairs are low backed & hard. The hot tub runs for about 4 minutes before the timer shuts off (annoying) & the handiest person in our group of 6 couldn’t figure out how to work the gas for the grill & the fire pit. Not that big a deal but instructions would be nice. Additionally, the bed on the main floor is supported by planks that are very noisy & disrupt sleep & the patio chairs on ground level have 4 to 5 foot weeds growing through them & have views of 5 to 10 foot weeds in the yard. I’m pointing these things out just so people have a truer picture of this property. We actually had a nice stay but this beautiful house deserves better care & furnishings.

Beautiful spot in the mountains. Lovely modern log construction.Downside: Entry thru lower level garage door code. No keypad on main entrance. No instruction on how TV’s work. Unit had a hot tub and fire pit as advertised but we couldn’t use them. Fire pit was not hooked up. No instructions on how to use either.

Great house! Lots of amenities, close to Breckenridge, beautiful views with nearby hiking trails. Each level has separate bedrooms, baths and living areas which is nice when traveling with other couples or multi generational families.

Had a great visit. Wonderful communication from Mgmt. throughout our visit. Only downside was no pantry in the kitchen. But didn’t deter our enjoyment!! Perfect location.

The house was beautiful, and in a very quiet neighborhood. However communicating with the management company was absolutely awful! There were dirty dishes in the drawers and cabinets, an awful smell coming from the kitchen disposal, and the upstairs sink was broken. We sent the information to the combat as soon as we figured those things out, and heard back the next day. We also checked out 2 days early, due to a scheduling issue, confirmed that before we got to the property, and still didn’t receive check out information until we were already on the plane home.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location! The house was perfect for our family- it was spacious with great amenities. We loved its close proximity to town and the beautiful views.

Perfect stay for a big family, with everything we could have needed for our stay.

The home is beautiful. Smoke detector in kitchen is way to close to the oven so whatever they cleaned it with set it off the first time used. It went off 3 more times after. We used a pizza box to fan the detector to get it to stop.The chairs in the dining room are not whats pictured neither is the sectional in the living room. We found some ice melt on the back deck which was useful since we could not get up the driveway once parked in front of the garage even with 4 wheel drive trucks. Huge ice layer. Overall a good visit. We come to Breck 2 or 3 times a year and this location is peaceful and close to everything. Someone really did a number on the fridge door but it still functioned well. Love the loft with the swinging chair.

We had a great time staying in this house. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Wonderful location , close to free parking and free transfer to ski lifts. Amazon view from backyard . We spent a warm evenings in Hot tub. Great host, highly recommended!

Beautiful property with all the mountain amenities just minutes from the lifts!

We stayed in the cabin for my dad's 70th birthday party with family. My main issue with the process is we asked for an early check in a week in advance and while I understand you cant accommodate all requests but the cleaners were still there when we showed up at 4 then we had to wait 30 minutes to get the access information. We had a baby with us, which is why I asked for the accommodation. Everything else was great and we enjoyed the weekend. We especially appreciated all of the baby items like the baby gates, toys, bowls, stroller etc. It made the trip so much more enjoyable!

The house hosted our extended family for a long weekend. The cabin feel was fun. We all had private space since the bedrooms are on different levels. We really enjoyed the deck, hot tub, generous and well-stocked kitchen, steam must shower, and proximity to golf.

This is a great property for families with rooms on all 3 levels. All areas were pristine and very well kept. Loved the seating areas on all 3 levels. Other than a small amount of washcloths based on the number of rooms, we had zero complaints. Extremely easy check-in and property manger gave great info and was easy to reach. Plan to visit this property again in the future!
