Amazing stay. Great location! Home is nicely renovated and perfect for our guys trip to Barrett Jackson. Will be staying here next year.

WE had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for us.The only thing that would have made it better is the pool lighting ,without some kind of lighting system we could not use the pool in the evening. but the Host and the manger were booth very friendly and willing to do what needed to accommodate us. we will and already have recommended this house to others.Once again thanks so much for making our trip one for the memory books.cathy rupe

This home had everything I was looking for. It was clean, had a large couch for a family, game room, and safe & quiet neighborhood. I would reccomend this rental. The only issue I had was the beds squeaking. The master bedroom bed squeaked so loud it was hard to sleep if you moved at all. The bunk bed in the kids room also squeaked but aside from that this place a great for a family get together.

We stayed three days here in Scottsdale and really enjoyed the house. Great location and amenities. We enjoyed the pool and cooked breakfast & dinners here. The game room was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Both our host and the property manager were fantastic and super easy to work with. The house was so cute and functional and the location was perfect! We would definitely stay with them again.

This is a perfect spacious house with fun games and amenities. Very accommodating and communicative property manager as well.

Communication with owner was great. He allowed for an early check in, which was nice since our flight was early in the morning. He was responsive when we had questions.

We had a nice stay. Enjoyed the pool, bbq and game room. The location is great as it is close to everything. Owner was very responsive to our needs.

The house was exactly what we expected. Having spices and lots of kitchen utensils was a real plus.

Quiet neighborhood. Pool was wonderful and family enjoyed it! The house is a bit dated and needs a good deep cleaning (or maybe i am just a little OCD). Overall a good experience.

The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The heated pool was great to come home to after being out and about all day and the game room kept the 15 yr old busy.

Great house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Walmart is close. Great owner with helpful hints. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen and pool. Game room was fun. Good central location for our sales trip

Pool was great and location was close to highway and shopping. Could use more/nicer kitchen supplies. Fun amenities, shuffle board and Golden Tee were nice, pool table needs to be replaced and pool cues were unusable. Owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and comfortable and slept everyone comfortably. We had six adults. We enjoyed the pool and the game room and the ambience of the house. We had perfect response from the management and would definitely go back again. we felt like we had such a beautiful home in Phoenix, thanks to Michael for making our time perfect

My family stayed at this property for three days and it was exactly what we were looking for. My kids loved the activities in the game room (pool table, shuffle board, and golden tee) and we all loved the pool. The big comfy couch was the perfect location to relax and watch the Olympics and movies as well. It was a very easy checkin/check out process and everyone was very attentive when we had questions or concerns. Was also very nice that we didn’t have to check out right away on our last day as they let us no we didn’t have to rush. That was very much appreciated. I would recommend this location for sure.

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No major issues at all and anything small that came up, Troy, the property manager was very responsive.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Since I have chronic back pain, I picked this property for the standalone tub. I used it every day during our stay and it was divine. Every bed in the house has a fantastic mattress. All of us slept very well. Very comfortable, cotton bedding as well. We were in town for my son’s wedding. Five of us stayed at the property. Before arriving I had asked and Mike said it was OK to host the grooms breakfast for eight of the groomsmen at the house. It was perfect because there’s a large center table, game room area, and outdoor seating with a pool. There are also three bathrooms so there is plenty of space to get ready for the wedding. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates. I think there are plates for 30 guests. We only had to run the dishwasher one time. There were even beautiful ceramic platters and bowls so I could make the grooms breakfast extra special. I also loved that there are two types of coffee makers. I normally don’t use a Keurig so I really loved having a standard coffee maker and it makes 14 cups of coffee. Mike was extremely timely with getting back for any of my correspondence. He offered to let us check out late since no one was coming in behind us. I had no idea how useful that time would be. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without having to worry about getting packed up before I had to leave for the airport. It was a very relaxing stay given that we had so many activities packed into three days.
