    Perfect location and accommodations for our college visit and game day at UT. Pet friendly, clear and detailed instructions, roomy, clean, loved the easy access acroos the street to the jog/walk path. We will look to stay again!

    This was a great home. I felt safe in the area and you were less than 10 minutes to the Capitol, and UT. There were several parks close to the property and its only 20 mins from the lake. Property Management was very responsive and the check in process was very simple. Rooms were comfortable and it was the perfect spot for a family. Would definitely look at staying here again.

    We came for a few days to see our son in a show at UT and loved this property. The location is great and the property is beautiful and well maintained. It's super convenient to everything. We'll definitely be back!

    fyi there are many problems with the property you may want to correct. Here is the list: tv on main floor doesn't work. toilet on lower floor runs, needs inserts replaced, dead batteries in garage door opener, ceiling fan remotes(my husband and I spent$20.00 on batteries), porch furniture rotten-collapsed when we sat on them, microwave panel broken, dryer ball bearings broken-screeching when used,(my husband says a fire hazard), tub and sink in hall bathroom barely draining.
