Land's End 406 building 4 Bright top floor corner with a stunning water view!

To our surprise we arrived to find out there was a 24/7 beach dredging operation occurring at Treasure Island. On day 2 of our 7 night stay, the beach at the resort was unfortunately closed. This was disappointing. Not the resort’s fault but I do feel that we should have made aware of the potential for beach closure during our stay. Elevator was out of order when we arrived and everything had to be carried up stairs to the top floor. This is very first beach rental we have stayed that had no beach items- not even a single beach towel. The kitchen was also very sparsely stocked. Basic items you find standard with other rentals weren’t available. Master bath shower was broken. The tub filled while the shower was on so we never really had full water pressure. Tub floor was stained and didn’t feel clean. Condo is an older unit and there was definitely a stale smell. I would recommend a plug in freshener. From the balcony we had a view of a club with live music and we did enjoy listening to that each night. The gate attendant was also very nice.

We felt it was a friendly place the staff was fabulous, the bathrooms had no bedspreads or blankets, and the floor was quite dirty when we arrived- besides that it was a great stay.

Confused about getting help. No mixing bowls, laundry basket. Check in. TV in bedroom just a monitor. Gate keeper on nites awesome

This is our third stay at lands end. My only comment about the condo we stayed in this time is that it needs a good cleaning. The floor are filthy, those who walked without shoes soon found out exactly how dirty they were

Loved the proximity of the ocean, just steps away. Location was good as well although you will need transportation.

I usually stay beachfront but glad we stayed in this unit as we were able to see manatees an dolphins from our balcony. The pool and beach weren’t crowded and I was worried about that with it being June. We would definitely return!

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was great our condo was very nice but the bottom of the kitchen cupboards really need to be cleaned and the carpet should really be looked at to be removed just because my kids were all stuffed up from allergies by the end of our ten days. it would be nice to rent the same condo again but because ofthe carpet I need to look for something else. pool was great but me suggestion to the complex is come with something to carry chairs and umbrellas to the beach even if I had to rent it for the week because i would have loved to do more of the beach but it was too long of a walk to carry everything back and forth..fyi, our freind Rosario at the gate was fabulous gave us some great tips for pizza places and dinner ideas hope to see him next year.
