Was a great house!

GREAT home! We rented this house for my college graduation week. It was very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The property, amenities & cleanliness were exceptional !! I will consider booking this property again-Just waiting for the host to reimburse me for the 1st nite's stay when I was not given the code in a timely manner-and had to stay in a motel - he called me the following morning & apologized, insuring me he would credit me for his mistake- still patiently waiting...

This was a perfect home for our family of 5. Very clean and well maintained and it had everything we needed. The property manager was very communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my large group of friends really enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do. We loved coming back and getting into the pool (without it being heated) unil the sun went down, then we switched to the jaccausi. We were really glad we found the house. It made our trip that much greater.

This home was extremely well appointed! It was probably the most well stocked vacation home I’ve stayed in. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and/or return!

We loved our stay! Very spacious and comfortable inside and out. We had perfect weather to enjoy the outdoor amenities to include the pool, hot tub, BBQ, and cornhole!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great no complaints. Did not use pool due to the heating charge? Did not use hot tub. Beds very comfy. Only complaint was the insane amount of barking dogs once the sun went down. Confronted two people about it. Unsure if it worked for those specific dogs. Noise maker at night helped. Over all very satisfied, nice place with lots of room to relax. I'm not from Irvine not sure where that came from. Prior military in Cali but never lived in Irvine.

I’ll start with the negative… communication was a bit to be desired from the start. Once I had a listening ear it was ok However, the positive out ways the negative for the most part. The home is beautiful. It worked very well for our family. The high ceilings do create a lot of echo from one end of the house to the other so I do recommend traveling with sound machines or using one on your phones for sleep. Most all bedrooms were great. The very front one with the double doors next to the master is probably the least desirable for it has the morning sun very first thing in the morning (immediately at sunrise 4am) along with the 100’s of birds that live in the front tree waking you with their harmonies every day around 4am. If you have more than a 4 day stay with more than 4 adults and two children you will need more toiletries. You do need your own body soaps and shampoos. The master bedroom is the only room with a blow dryer. There is only one toilet plunger and it’s in the far bedroom. You will need napkins and paper towels. Everything else (towels, sheets, beach towels) are supplied which is great. The property is beautiful. We had a fire in the pit even though it was hot but kids love smores. Having the wood there split for usage was great. The pool was great but there was no skimmer to clean off the debris that would fly in throughout the day. The pool is kept at 85 which at first is chilly but ends up being perfect once in. The hot tub was ok.

We had a fantastic vacation staying at this property. We chose it because it is close to family and has a heated pool. The home is clean and well kept. It is large and sound does not travel from one end to the other. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and the kitchen is awesome. The main bedroom and en suite are huge. It was also nice having the garage to park in. The back yard is beautiful and the pool is amazing. It is about 5 feet deep in the middle but has shallow areas on both ends. There are several levels getting in and out and the basketball hoop was a nice addition. We did have it heated and the temperature was very confortable for us. The covered table on the back patio stayed pretty cool in the afternoon and evenings, with both shade and a ceiling fan. The pool does get shaded later in the evening as the sun goes in front of the house. We would 100% stay here again.
