Stayed Jun 6, 2026We had a fantastic family vacation at Bella Vista! The home is spacious, well appointed,and plenty of room for all 11 of us! The location on the lake was perfect with a pool, beautiful sunsets and a calm wide channel for skiing, tubing, jet skiing and paddle boarding. Can’t recommend this property and the owners more highly!

Stayed Apr 23, 2026Our family had an amazing multigenerational trip here. The home is spotless, spacious, and welcoming – comfortable without feeling overly fussy. The Lake view was gorgeous, and the added touches ( waffle bar s’mores by the fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks) made the experience unforgettable Brandon‘s responsiveness and hospitality were exceptional. We would gladly rebook.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026weather prevented enjoying outside amentities but plenty of inside activities with games, pool table, ping pong etc.great communication and response froim host.lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which proved valuable with three teens also good separation with adult upstair space and teen downstair.

Stayed Mar 6, 2026The house was beautiful and had so many extra things to make our stay special. Games, waffle bar, pool toys,etc. Our favorite part was sitting outside in the evenings around the fire pit overlooking the lake. We will definitely try to rebook next time we come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 2025This was probably one of the best places we have stayed. It was very clean and comfortable. They had everything you could ask for, including the little details like extra blankets, toothbrushes, toothpaste, smores kits, and even a waffle bar! There were plenty of activities for the kids to do: pool, ping pong, games, fishing, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was too cold to enjoy the lily pad, kayaks, or the pool but the fire table was nice and the sunset was amazing.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025For a “first time visitor” , Smith Lake is awarded 5 Stars and more. This home was perfect , cleaned, and cool.. no issues .. period Swimming pool was a great asset and also the Lily Pad The Dock was perfect to “ Hang out” and our rented Patroon Boat rested perfect.., since it was used constantly! Stepping stairs going up and down to the Lake .. were very doable and “ wear your Apple Watch” .. you will get your steps in for sure daily! Beds were beyond comfortable… and I loved the sheets ! Kitchen was stocked well… just a note: I think oven is “ Energy Efficient “…. Incase you are not familiar with this kind of appliance We have a LARGE family. The house was perfect! Don’t bring beach towels… there are plenty at this home !!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We enjoyed everything about our visit to Bella Vista! The location was great! We were ages 63-3 years old. The game room was enjoyed by all and the dock was a blast we especially enjoyed the LilyPad!, kayaks and paddle boards! When we were not on the lake the kids enjoyed the pool.The waffle bar was a nice touch!! The kids loved it! Our host Brandon was great to work with and the few issues we had were addressed quickly. We highly recommend Bella Vista at Smith Lake. The Hardin Family.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Our stay at Bella Vista was outstanding! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool area was great and gave us the hang out space we were hoping for as a family and friend group. The property manager was extremely helpful and the views were outstanding from morning to night. Highly recommend!
