Expansive Ocean Views, Totally Remodeled, 5 Min to Village

We had a wonderful stay in Mendocino. Like some other reviewers have said the pictures don’t do justice to how big and beautiful the home is. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and everyone had sufficient space. The house was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The ocean views from the master bedroom and the living room were great. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub. Diane, the host was very responsive and helpful.

We have rented homes all over the world, and this is truly one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The home is beautiful and exactly as promised, but what really sets it apart is how incredibly well-appointed it is — it has everything you could possibly need and more. The owners have clearly put so much thought and care into every detail. It was so well equipped it even gave me ideas for my own home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our host was very responsive and communicated well. The home couldn't have been a better fit for our siblings reunion (4 couples). Excellent single story floor plan with easy access (no stairs) to accommodate anyone with mobility challenges. Extremely well equipped kitchen, and dining table for 8 was perfect for meals and games. Incredible views from every window. Great location! We'd love to come back!

Our group of six family members gathered to celebrate recent birthdays. What a perfect place for our get-together! The house is beautiful, roomy and well-appointed with everything we could have wanted. There is a very large deck with amazing views of the coast. We loved the location - so close to great trails and parks, as well as the shops and restaurants in town. The spacious, well-supplied kitchen and comfortable beds were appreciated by all of us. We highly recommend this house.

We stayed here for a 50th anniversary celebration for my parents. It was perfect for our needs! Great location, perfect size for us (7 total but 5 are adults and 2 17 year olds). It was such a nice time!

You will love this house from the moment you pull up into the beautifully landscaped gardens and then open the door to the stunning views. The main bedroom and bathroom are amazing with a double headed shower and huge walk in closet. The kitchen has the most up to date appliances. We stayed with adult children and their grandparents and I can't say enough about the house, the deck, the neighborhood and location. You will not be disappointed.
